CHAPTER SIXTEEN: Linda’s Abduction When Linda Childers heard the ding of the microwave, she carefully placed a bookmark in the Ruth Ware paperback she was reading and got up from the cushy recliner, leaving the book on the end table. In the kitchen she took her Banquet meal out of the microwave, sitting it on the counter to cool for a few minutes, while she made herself a cup of herbal tea. She placed the meal and her teacup on a tray and carried it all back to the living room. Settling on the sofa, she placed the tray on the coffee table in front of her. She turned on the television and found a rerun of Murder She Wrote and began to have supper.

The woman who once caused me so much pain… this was what she really was. Emma's voice continued, "What's interesting is, Ms. Lily told each man a different story. To Pierre, she was a French exchange student. To the Sheikh, a distant relative of Dubai royalty. To Marco, she was part Italian..." "But in reality?" She clicked to the next file. "Lily's real name is Linda Miller, from an ordinary Beta family in Oregon. Her Omega identification was faked. Even her pheromones were synthetic." Gasps of shock from the audience.

“Cindy Miller. That sounds like a wh*re’s name. Get her further away from you. She was even thinking that she must properly deal with this woman named Miller when she returned to the country one day. The woman truly was seeking death for wishfully thinking that she could seduce Alex just because she was a small celebrity!

He was really mad seeing how Ariana treated aunt Linda. For Terry, aunt Linda was not just an ordinary maid, she saved his life countless times... with the type of illegal business he was involved in, she would always tell him if there was any danger lurking around. Aunt Linda has never been wrong with her revelations. He naturally respected her but now, this girl just insulted her without a care.
