The wind howled through the trees, and rain fell heavily, filling the air with a cacophony of sound. Amidst the stormy night, Luna Jasmine was in labor. With the power out, her room was plunged into near-total darkness. Unable to make it to the Pack's hospital in time, she had no choice but to rely on the midwife wolf as the baby was ready to arrive.

Lilith's POV. Time had completely lost its meaning inside the dungeon. There were no windows, no sunlight or breeze. I sat on the narrow bed, my knees pulled tightly against my chest while my hands rested protectively over my stomach.
