But when the scores came out, my teacher informed me that all my results had been invalidated. No matter how much I tried to explain, the school insisted that I, the top student in the grade, had copied answers from Ian Seinfeld, the worst student in my class. Callisto College turned me into a cautionary tale. Every other college blacklisted me. I was cyberbullied by everyone online. In the end, I broke down and took my own life. When I opened my eyes again, I'd returned to the moment Shirley put those glasses on for me. While looking at her gentle expression, I suddenly heard her inner thoughts. I no longer wanted to live this lie dressed as love.

After he passes, I’ll marry you immediately.” Right then, I realized that her family’s test had been a lie she told just to marry her childhood best friend. The next day, my parents pressured me again to leave the country and inherit the family business. So, I agreed to their request. Since she wanted to marry Joe, I would wish the couple well.

After I landed in the hospital—again—from working myself into the ground, Jacob swore he was done playing house stockbroker. "Starting tomorrow, I'll do anything. Haul bricks, deliver pizza, whatever. I'm not letting you carry this alone." His eyes were glassy as he stormed out of the exam room like he was about to save the day or something. Then the doctor walked in and handed me a report. I was pregnant. Again. Heart racing, I chased after Jacob... and froze. He was standing outside some super VIP room. The same guys who used to bang on our door for money were suddenly all respectful. "Mr. Klein, should we block her door again tomorrow?" Jacob twirled our engagement ring around his finger. "No need. She already lost one baby paying off those debts. The test's over. Time she knew who I really am." Then my best friend—Lillian Morvain—strolled out and wrapped her arms around his waist like she belonged there. "Jacob, don't go soft. Your tests usually last at least five years. What if she's just another gold digger? Plus... I'd miss you." He hesitated. Smirked. "Fine. We'll do it your way. She's not going anywhere anyway." I stood there, clutching my stomach, sliding down the wall like the air had been punched out of me. Later, I pushed open the office door. "Dr. Spencer, I need a termination. Three days from now."

Aah!“ Jojo groans and pushes Finn away. Her eyes open wide as she looks at him. “Finn? What was that? You are my brother!“ Finn sighs, licking his lips and staring into his eyes. “Am I?“ He asks. He tries to hold himself back from pulling her in and kissing her again. Jojo blinks her eyes in confusion. She lifts her finger and touches her wet lips. “What? You have always been my brother, right? We... we can't do this.” Finn scoffs and leans closer to her again. “Stop being so naive, Jojo. Yes, you are my little sister. But you can be something else, can't you?“ “Something like?“ The more confused Jojo asks, looking into his eyes. But she shudders again. “Brother? Why are you looking at me like that?“ Finn chuckles and holds her chin. “Like what? Isn't it because I want to kiss you again?“ He asks and leans in for a kiss. “Um… Brother…” “Ssh!“ Just at the same time, the door is pushed open, and Vera walks in. Jojo quickly adjusts her clothes. “Your fiancee is here... I'll leave,” she says.
