Don’t get too close. He’s a one-person horse. He hates strangers.” Lizzy tried to turn, but he held her in place. “Stay where you are. I like having my two beauties in one room.” Then his hands roamed. Lizzy sobbed as they slipped under the shirt and explored.

Adrian stood next to it and I gave the horse strokes on his nose while Adrian talked to one of his officers. I kept my gaze away from him.

Hazel gasped with shock and fright when the door to the house opened and she saw before her a weird-looking, mythical animal. It was a horse but it reminded her of Pegasus and the horse's black beauty. The horse's coat was pitch black, blacker than black itself and the coat cast a gleam in the darkness. It also had wings that spanned almost eight feet wide and they were the same color as its coat. The horse looked both beautiful and terrifying at the same time and Hazel had to admit that it was the most beautiful thing she had said her eyes on. "Persia!" Raglan called out and the horse turned to him and neighed loudly.

Millie furrowed her eyebrows, trying to repeat the word. “Hippodrome is a place where people take their horses to ride, participate in competitions and other things.” Alice explained, reaching out to pet the nose of Angel, the beautiful, spotted-bodied Mustang mare who had acted like an affectionate dog from the moment Alice and Millie set foot in the stable “And studs are often the home of horses and where their babies are born. Once, when I was a little older than you, your great-grandfather took me to one of the Bianchi's stud farms. I remember it being a very beautiful place.”

The sound of hooves clopping against the stone path draws the attention of the children. Neul looked like a true king's horse, looking surely more noble than the asshole who was about to climb on his back. Correcting the smile on my face, I turned to Seth. “How far are we going?”

Better to take a safe way. But it's already too late when I got out. My horse has freed himself from his stable and was already galloping outside passed the bridge. Uncle Wenziel told me that the horse originally belonged to my father, and no-one has been able to tame him, not even uncle Wenziel. I chased after him, but it would be hopeless to catch a horse by foot. "Luk!" that's what my father named his horse according to uncle Wenziel. Luk belongs to a rare breed of untamed horses, but even so, he calms himself down wherever I walk closer to him.
