"Luna." Xander turn on his heels and storm out of the dungeon. Before he could make his way out, Lucia ran into his back and hugged him from behind tighter than she had ever. Lucia shifted her gaze down and with a simple nod at Chloe, he bounced out of the room in no time. Xander just stiffened under her touch, his eyes dismissing Chloe's dispersing figure. "Let him go, please."she nibbles on her lips after she'd muttered, her voice as soft as silk, soltening his resistant body. She breathed in, his scent; the warm scents of cinnamon lingers in the air.

Her eyes were glued to the mysterious male and his to her even when she was no more than a foot away from him. "Your drinks." Chloe managed to get out as she carefully placed glass after glass of bourbon onto the table, all eyes suddenly her as if she was a piece of meat they were starved lions. "Can I get you anything else?" "What's your name?" Lucas Wolfe finally spoke up, his eyes holding Chloe's gaze. "Chloe." She replied timidly. Nothing about Lucas' expression changed, his features giving away nothing about what he was thinking. Finally, he smirked, eyes glowing dangerously. "Thank you for the drinks, Chloe."

I loved Lucas so much, but I had to let him go. Chloe jumped out of bed. She jumped around the room and started to scream. "Today is the mating season!" she screamed. "Today is the day we will find our mate and be marked as their own!" she again screamed as she jumped onto the bed.
