Marcus stepped forward, tensed. Garron tried to move but Luke kicked his legs out from beneath him and followed it with a vicious jab to his neck, sending Garron to the floor. Garron tried standing up but Luke rushed at him, slashing his shoulder with his knife—then stab after stab, blood soaked Garron’s shirt.
