His eyes where white and his mouth was open. Sil was knocked out cold next to my dad. Mrs. Frank and Tracy were side by side passed out on the couch. I was paralyzed. I felt my hesitation. I didn’t know what to do.

“Maggie! What’s going on? Where are you going?” Maggie wouldn’t look at him. Her mouth was tight as she continued to tap on her phone screen. “I could see you were having a good time and I was ready to leave so I was calling an Uber.” “What the hell are you talking about?” Zane hissed at her, not wanting to make a scene but completely at a loss over what had changed so precipitously. He’d been waiting to sweep her off her feet and now she was trying to sneak out on him.

She kept apologizing before she finally walked away. Macy let out a sigh. "Hospitals are where we fight to keep death at bay. In such urgent times, we can't blame the medical staff." "It's just a screen. It can be fixed," Zara said, putting her phone away. She turned to Macy. "But what about you, Mrs. Webb? Why are you here? Are you not feeling well?"

She runs full out covering a lot of ground in very little time. She can feel McKenzie trying to link her and pushes her walls higher.
