She walked alongside the stacks and started reading the types of books that were included in this library. She found there were books of all the creatures in the land. There were books about caster magic, human magic, the magic animals, the bitten, the history of the bitten and many many many other books. I decided to stay in the drawing room first. The muddy yellow light seemed to be vomiting all around the house. It tainted the beautiful mahogany desk an ugly color. The sofa was behind lined with dusty looking throw pillows that were once white. There were four pillars there stationed around the room. The white tiles and other furnishings gave the room a medieval twist to it. Surprisingly no chandelier found in this room. The ceiling was high enough that you’ll need at least three tiered ladders to clean it. The ceiling also had paintings of cherubs and angels with some clouds. There were also drapes on the window. A cold breeze went down my spine as I looked at it.

The magic book opened on its own, Rico and Niffa patiently wait for whatever the blank page will going to write, they were seated, together, at the long wooden table surrounded by the wall of books. A light was formed, and the empty page was filled with letterings in a freestyle script carved within the thin sheet of paper. They narrowed their eyes trying to read the first letter, it was too bright, and the lettering was almost as white as the paper. The light vanished and the letters turned into tinted black, thick and printed, not written by a hand. The whole page was filled, it says,

One of them had a faded red crest, the kind used before the kingdom banned certain forms of magic. The other had a dark, cracked cover with an old wax seal that had broken long ago. Perhaps that had something to do with my birth father? Most of the books were leatherbound tomes, plain in appearance though they radiated waves of dark magic. On one shelf in particular sat a bunch of thinner books. I pulled one out and flicked through its pages. It seemed to be a journal of sorts, though it didn’t say who it belonged to. I pulled out one of the journals and flipped through its pages, freezing when I noticed the odd color of ink. It was the same as the page Denver had used that night.
