There was Masroshi, Saagu Bondibai, Mas Huni and Roshi. Masroshi is a traditional Maldivian food. It is a stuffed and fried dough filled with smoked tuna and grated coconut. The other one was the Saagu Bondibai or Sago Pudding. It was a sago with warmed coconut milk and a condensed milk combination. It was one of Maldives' most delicious and famous creamy desserts.
