The Dragon's Bride

The Dragon's Bride

Catori jerked awake with a stare, her head spinning from the rush of getting up too fast. She hawked around her bedroom, noting that it was still night. Catori's sheets were drenched in sweat, her head throbbed as she fell back down on her bed, waiting for the dream to recede. Her dream about those dragons felt real, then she remembers. Dragons are real, she saw them with her own two eyes, twice. Catori pulled her sheet over her head, fearful that she wasn't safe in her room. Feeling restless, Catori turned her night light on. That was when she noticed an old red binding book on her bedside table.

The Red Dragon's Lair

She didn’t attend. Fuck! Mia might not even know where her stupid phone was. He should have given her a chain to attach the phone to herself instead of the swiss knife when she went for the camp. He thought and took a sip of the bitter drink. He almost gagged on it and remembered Anya drinking it in one shot. Again his thoughts were diverted to Anya. The way her soft body felt against his. The way he had found her screaming in her nightmare and how she had the whiskey first thing in the morning.

Tears of A Dragon

Tears of A Dragon

Seraphina seems confused. “I saw you . . . back in the past. I know that there is something you know.” “You’re making me confused, Kaina.” “Mother,” Hana walks closer to her. “If there’s something I need to know right now, I’m begging you to tell me. I know that you’re guarding something here. You are the mistress of fire, and it is your duty to guard the sleeping dragon here. I don’t know where this dragon exactly is now here in the village, but I know you know where it is.”

Hybrid Warrior - A Survivor's Story

Hybrid Warrior - A Survivor's Story

Morry, ever deadly, twirled her daggers absentmindedly, her eyes sparkling with anticipation and mischief. Then the agony began. My bones shifted, stretched, and cracked in ways that felt both terrifying and liberating. My blood burned like molten gold, coursing with a fire I had never known. And then I saw her. In the nearby lake, rippling like liquid crystal, was her reflection - my dragon. Wait, what? I have a dragon?!?!?!?!

Surrogate of the Sleeping Dragon

Surrogate of the Sleeping Dragon

I blinked away the tears stinging my eyes and took off my gloves, tossing them onto the bed. My hands still glowed hot and my body was aching with the need to release. Damn it! I hopped in the shower to cool myself off and swore never to talk to that dragon ever again. The next morning Nola arrived with a stack of books she thought I might enjoy reading. “It’s all the truth about dragons and possibilities of fire mages,” she explained. “His Majesty wanted you to have them as… mementos from his collection.” She gave a small pout.

The Necromantress and the Blood Princess

The Necromantress and the Blood Princess

*** And time seemed to hesitate again. *** The clouds split. *** And something fell. *** Not falling— descending. *** A dragon. *** Not flesh. Not living. *** Bone. *** Its wings stretched wide, skeletal membranes torn and reforged from shadow and violet flame. Its skull burned with ancient fire, eyes hollow yet filled with something that *remembered* being alive. *** It did not roar. *** It *declared.* *** Then more followed. *** Shapes moving through the clouds like forgotten gods returning to a world that no longer belonged to them.

A Symphony of Frost and Flame

A Symphony of Frost and Flame

“I am starting to believe you are a spy from the Emperor.” “You mistake me, my friend,” Estevan shook his head, holding his chest, “I am a chronicler … well, not for now. But I’ll become one someday after I finish my first book. It’s called the Way of Dragons. As it happens, we chroniclers travel a lot just to gather stories, facts, and histories. But for the most part, we explore and discover all things about the world from our own experiences. But I must say, I’m very fortunate to have real dragons in front of me to whom I can ask questions. You see, I have been formulating many theories about you … and guess what I just found out—one of them is just proven today. Dragons can talk indeed!”

A slow start, but I understand because the characters and the world needs to be established well. And you did! I'm so so so glad I continued reading since the book really has a very strong middle. So many plot twists! And what I love the most is the magic system! Wew. Great job!

Now this is an epic dragon story I'm looking for! Unlike other stories, you've given your dragons their own culture, government system, livelihood, religion ... we even got a map! You're such an awesome author. PS. I also loved your book Reclaim the Ice Crown. Great job!

Diana Costello Brothers I

Diana Costello Brothers I

In that bar, seeing the predatory look, I already knew the danger he represented the ferocious animal looking for a fight at the height, one which I felt the challenge to provide, I tried uselessly to believe that it was dangerous for my plans, to undo the constant desire. I was completely wrong, Dragon is a ball of destruction ravaging every wall firmly built to protect something I thought I lost long ago, a part of me I never imagined needing, wanting, or wanting, taking over a forgotten space and appropriating the deepest avaricious miseries of my soul in wanting to have him and keep him just for pleasure.

An Angels Betrayal

“Yes, a huge black one.” “How do you know?” “That dog has one disgusting imagination – he had this fantasy that he was riding the dragon whilst it was burning everything in its path.” “Draco” it slipped out before I realised. “So…you know this dragon?” Before I could stop it a memory popped up and I was not fast enough. “Oh,” He laughed, “you KNOW him.” I coughed silently, that was the only thing I could do. “Damn girl, you do like the bad ones, huh?”

I love this book! The story is very captivating! My only complaint is that some chapters are repeated and some excerpts of chapters are repeated, causing you to pay more than what is worth. But that isn't on the author and should be fixed by Good Novel.

I gotta give the author mad props. I mean I’m flying through this book like mad. I know the story is ongoing but come on board. So find a comfortable spot and your favorite drink and get lost in this. Oh don’t forget your blanket my house is cold. They have the air WAY TO LOW
