There are people who are depressed and don’t know what to do. Many people need help but are not as focused as I used to be. Maybe it’s because people around them think they’re just acting. They may not have the money to consult, or they may be embarrassed to see because people may think they are crazy.

I mentally encourage myself to at least try without just giving up. I decide that even if I have no physical strength, I still have my brain intact. I will do this mentally. I still have my mental strength. I know this is a memory. Yes, I might be reliving everything now, but the fact that I overcame then is enough for me. I keep telling myself that I can do it. I need to move from the floor. I need to change. I take a whiff of the air and I almost get a mental breakdown! I soiled myself! Literally defecated on myself.
