Merlin: Knights Novels & Stories

Morgan, along with Lamia and her four Knights share a major role in how that future would turn out and I hoped with her being mated to Mathias, we would be on the winning side again. Each Knight of the chosen one was to be given a gift - Strength, light, speed, and immunity. Each gift complimenting the other three. The four Knights: King Kellen, his Beta Mike Pike, Hunji, and lastly the Hunter Rhett. - The King, the commander, the savior, and the councilor. Each one is a protector of the chosen and what she will carry when the time comes. Each one fated to a mate that will strengthen them.

Ruth cackled loudly, and Gray sent me an amused look my way. “Sis, Are you shitting me right now? Are you implying that he's not your boyfriend?” I blushed so hard, I didn't even realize Gray had pulled me towards his chest, patting my head like I am a kid. Jonathan's eyes were watching warily. “I am Gray Westmore. Nice to meet you, Jonathan. And Yes, I am Meredith's man.” God, I wish the ground would swallow me up. Why couldn't he just say ‘boyfriend’ like a normal person?

The day he went with her to the wedding and the night when he had saved her, he was her knight in shining fangs_ Fangs because he is a vampire. Was he really protecting her all along? He was acting like an older brother to her; one who can’t bear to watch her get hurt, not even the slightest. But why would he do that? He doesn’t even know her. And maybe she mistook his actions for something else and now because of that, they had to end things this way.

Among the emerging societies were two prominent groups, each founded to create assemblages of remarkable individuals with talents both physical and mystical. The first was an elite group of Knights. Men and women of great physical prowess and intelligence, sworn to defend their kingdom from enemies both human and supernatural. For the mystical energy that had been part of the very formation of Edon and the life thereupon had also allowed non-human creatures, varied in form and abilities, to spring forth amid the forces of creation. Many saw mankind as an enemy, and craved the dominance that humanity had in the world. The Knights were united into the order of the Black Knights, in part to hon

Zhi said loudly. "Come on you guys!" continued Zhi. The four knights climbed on the wide wooden pulpit while only Adir stepped forward a few steps from there because the trophy only showed the names of five people. Everyone's gaze turned to Altair and whispers about him having a strong Mana spread among the knights of the Bedros family. After standing in their respective positions they waited their turn to be called. All went safely until it was the turn of the chief knight who accompanied Zhi to the investigation yesterday, Mased. The tentacle headed towards Mased quickly and squeezed it as hard as the previous female knight had done.

Today he was not aiming to kill with it. "He must be attempting to hide and cover their tracks with the mist!" Called out one of the knights. " Don't be afraid it's just some low illusion magic!" The knights charged head first deep into the mist completely oblivious to what they were getting into. The horses the soldiers rode were not just some average find in the barn, they were some of the best war horses in the kingdom. They did not scare easy, even wounded they would get their riders through whatever was to come. Of course this did not mean they were impervious to fear or pain, everything and everyone had a pain threshold.

I told him that he told everything that he knew about the warlock. About Camelot, Gaius, Kilgharrah, Guinevere, Mordred, the priestess, Zephyr, and above all, Arthur. We walked in silence for quite a bit before he told me more about himself. Things he hadn’t told anyone before.

Some books had the history of the Knights, dating back centuries. Others told about different creatures, how they lived, drawings of how they looked, and about how they functioned. Unfortunately, many of them also told about how to kill them, which I didn't really like but I understood how the information must’ve been useful back when you needed to defend yourself from them. We’re protected now, the borders and the guards as well as having emerged into human society. I dragged my hands over a few dusty books and sighed. I didn’t even know where to begin. Which shelf?
