Nah poisons are usually violet or vile green. When only a few teaspoons of the liquid remained, I stopped to admire the perfectly-shaped bottle, and on searching found that he possessed many such beautiful containers. I looked at my discarded backpack and brought two of fingers to my forehead in concentration. "You are beautiful too." A telepathic message was sent. "Don't tell me you drank that." He sat up with a sigh as he watched me swing around the bottle. "I deed." I nodded, and not giving much thought about the pronunciation tried to stand up, but my legs did not seem to listen to the commands send by my brain.

“Excuse me?” She points her finger at the mason jar, “Message in a bottle.” “Um.” I glanced at the mason jar which was on my hand before I travelled my eyes back at her, “Is this yours?” I asked her. “Oh, no. That isn’t mine. I was told to send it the right person who needs to see it someday.” She responds with a happy smile. My brows creasing, “Excuse me what?” She giggles, “I’m glad to see you’re safe Harry.”

Once inside, Hestia carefully opened the box. Inside the box, she found a mess of shredded paper and a bottle with a paper inside. ‘A message in a bottle? Who does this these days? Is this another confession of some sorts?’ Hestia raised a brow as she saw the contents of the box. She took out the bottle and inspected the content of it. There was nothing harmful so it was safe. Inside the bottle was a rolled up paper with writings inside. The hand writing is very familiar.

I stared at the words floating in front of my face. The heat at the back of my neck climbed to my scalp. A person has two kidneys. You can donate one and live. A person has one heart–trade your heart and you die. She wanted my daughter dead. I did not know yet whether the floating text was real or a hallucination. It did not matter. I was not letting my daughter take a scratch. I slammed my palm down on the table and stood up.

I compose a message to send to the group chat, my fingers swiftly typing the words as I try to steady my thoughts. "Hey, everyone, I’m fine. I’m back at the museum in Millenium Park, looking at a painting that has captivated my mind. I just need some space right now. Everything has just happened at once, and I need time to think. Please don’t worry. I will get back to you soon."

Hey. The message sent. I ended the night without a response.

Another message. I open it before I can stop myself.

I read the message which says: "My Queen I know you are confused but let me make this easy for you. Drink the bottle if you agree or throw it away if you don't. If you agree, I am taking Princess Jasmin my way. The message ended with a name Ayah at the end. My hand shook while holding the bottle. So this is the answer to my problem. I don't know why but I started to feel really thrilled and when I hold the bottle in my hand, my fingers turned the small lid opening it. And without thinking, I put it towards my lips and emptied the contents through my mouth. I drank it all, it tasted sweet like honey. A few seconds past when I realized what I have done.

A message from an unknown number lit up. Just three chilling words. You are next :)

I click the message bubble and the conversation opens. It reads: YOU’RE GETTING TOO CLOSE TO STERLING. STAY AWAY FROM HIM! HE’S DANGEROUS!!
