The body remembers what the mind forgets.” That afternoon, I lay back on the soft couch with the scent of wild rosemary and moonflower in the air. A warm compress across my forehead. Eventually though, I snapped out of it and asked him why she hadn’t just erased the memory instead of blocking it off. “Because memories can’t be erased,” he told me with a careless shrug. “Not in the way people usually think of at least.”

**** ~ Flashback ~ Before heading to the library, Evelina and Rissa are on their way to the opposite end of the class to the library. Evelina walks and she stops from her path, she just remembers that there was something she forgot. Seeing Evelina's reaction stop, Rissa asks her. "Eve, what's wrong?
