"The rest is in there." I looked. A pile of blankets and pillows was stacked on the couch. A laptop sat on the coffee table, stacks of movies was lined up next to it. Horror movies. The kind we used to watch in middle school when sleepovers meant staying up until three in the morning and screaming at every noise. "A movie night?" I said. "A movie night...with snacks...and cake...and no boys." Bianca glanced at Damien. "Except for him." Damien shrugged. "I am leaving soon."

The young man howled in pain and called out to his wolf for help. "Did anyone see you come in?" asked Black. Wayne widened his eyes and quickly approached the two Alphas. "There's no way anyone noticed me. The Red Moon pack is completely turned upside down. And the calf's name is Panda." Black merely raised an eyebrow in Wayne's direction without trying to say anything. The Mad One sent his fist into Harry's face again and waited to see how long it would take for his nose to stop bleeding. "I called him Panda because he's black and white," Wayne clarified with a straight face.

I don’t usually stay after games. Win or lose, I have a system, I cool down, pack up, leave. No lingering, no getting caught in the noise after everything’s already been decided. Nate's lying next to you. “Sorry, I slept through the movie.” You mutter, your voice sleepy.

Cilyna's mother began. The full moon's silvery glow shines down as a spot light on a pure white wolf with golden eyes that glowed with the magic of the moon goddess. She leaned down to get a drink from the cold steam and suddenly noticed a pair of eyes standing behind her in the reflection from the water.
