His hand had already gripped Alexa's arm tightly. "Wait!" Daniel interrupted, making Alexa stop her steps.

She wished she could whisk him away and kiss him some more, drink in the light of his eyes to her content, but that would have to wait until he recovered and was stronger again. Having him here like this was enough for now. She couldn't ask for anything more from the Moon Goddess, if it was the goddess's hand indeed who had let her keep him. That dream, she remembered it so vividly even now. And Marten's haunting words that Daniel should never have made it this long without the cure -- no coincidence, was it? Daniel held a thick book and murmured things under his breath. Beth crept closer, curious. "What is that?" she asked. "What are you reading?"

” Doctor Bill exclaimed, “I don’t think these whole books belong to you. What is this?” “Yeah actually they don’t, my classmates want to shine like me so I told them about Doctor Bill, the mathematics genius in my hood, I know you are going to help them with their mathematics problem.” Already Daniel’s parents had left, leaving Daniel behind. Daniel quickly dropped the books on the trunk of the car of Doctor Bill and ran away.

Prologue Daniel's POV I went on with my life, not expecting even a tiny bit of happiness to find me, I was just living under the dark side of life. Killing, hunting monsters. No happiness, not even love. Nothing could reach my frozen soul. That is, if I had a soul.

"You’ve been on that same chapter for twenty minutes, Eden." Daniel’s voice was like a low-frequency hum, vibrating through the back of my chair. I finally looked up, offering him a calm, tired smile. He was leaning against the mahogany doorframe, his suit jacket off, his tie pulled loose. He looked weary, but his eyes, those analytical eyes, were roaming over me like a laser. "It’s a complex topic," I said, leaning back and stretching my arms. "The intricacies of hostile takeovers. It’s a lot to digest."

"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SEND ME THE FUCK BACK!" "I wish I knew how! Stop yelling at me!" Daniel panicked, flipping his big book of nothing, trying to find some answers to this. "This has never happened to me before, and it's stressing me out! You need to remain calm!" "I'M FUCKING BURNING!" "PLEASE STOP YELLING!" "THEN FUCKING DO SOMETHING, NIMROD!"

Daniel remarked as he turned to walk away from the foor. They now have the appearance of a little ant. Extensive, overly large, and a large number of volume books. He had red hair which was vibrant just like his own purple hair, Daniel wondered what must have made him dye his hair purple. Daniel took his gaze to the stranger's body, and it looked like that of a god, he had chiseled abs, and merely looking at it Daniel felt they must be rock hard. The stranger in front of him had a physique only meant for a god. Daniel brought his gaze down to his man bit (penis) and Daniel liked what he saw. “You’re staring”. The stranger called Daniel's attention to reality.
