Mythological Goddesses Names Novels & Stories

Jayden whispers in shock. My head is pounding and I feel dizzy. Tara is Keturah, the moon goddess. The woman who has been helping me all this while is the moon goddess? I always knew she was different, but it never occurred to me. “Keturah, blessed goddess, mother of our kind, it's an honour to have you in our midst”, Kreed says, going one knee. Everybody in the room does the same including, Jayden. I keep sitting, trying my best to see through the tears that have clouded my vision.

I'm invested at what Tristen's talking about. "Aphronus comes from the goddess of love and beauty. Aphrodite, which is the goddess of sexual love and beauty in Greek mythology. Venus, also the goddess of love and beauty but in Roman mythology. Hope you get it. My grandmother combined the name of the same goddess in different version. " Tristen just shrugged then Jairus and Hendrix just nodded. "Your grandma is lit," Hendrix said in amazement. "How about the miracle thingy? Is that legit?" Jairus asked.

Some that I've heard is why two hot twins are sitting with someone who can curse them for the rest of the school year. That didn't bother me at all because I am a curse, and my name doesn't fit me at all. My mother had named us after her favorite Greek mythology gods, Athena and Ares are a perfect match, but Aphrodite; the Goddess of love and beauty. Just having a name like that, I felt like a laughing stock.

Sonya slowly made her way to where the mood goddess was standing. “Yes, moon goddess I am.” Sonya stated. Selene then took a dagger off her waist and made a slit on her forearm and Sonya’s. She held them together and said “I, Selene the moon goddess, do bestow the power for my goddess pendant to you Sonya Myers soon-to-be-Turner, to be its protector and in doing so be able to use the power from the pendant, when necessary, in the course of that protection. Do you accept Sonya Myers?”

Upon them sat the deities, their presence radiant and commanding, their auras pulsing with the power of the cosmos. Selene, the Moon Goddess, sat at the center, her silver hair cascading down her back like a river of liquid moonlight. Her luminous eyes, usually serene, now carried the burden of sorrow, their glow dimmed by the weight of her thoughts. Beside her, Venus, the Goddess of Love, exuded an aura of soft warmth, her golden curls framing a face that was both gentle and fierce. Her expression, though usually serene, was edged with concern, her fingers tracing idle patterns along the armrest of her throne.

"Then let’s begin." She gestured for Lena to take her place among the circle of runes carved into the earth. The moment Lena sat down, the space around her vibrated as though with some force. Celeste knelt beside her, palm hovering above Lena's heart. "The power of the Moon Goddess is based on your feelings," Celeste said. "That is your hurts, your rage, your love-all of them are the energy. But you have to be careful very much. Once you lose yourself in that then probably will not be better than the creatures we oppose to."

Ruby let out a heavy sigh. “We did, but Jessica thought maybe there was more to it than just framing her. These ancient goddesses had magic and power in their own right, and she thinks maybe they were legends born of extremely powerful witches. Or maybe they’re actual goddesses that we can appeal to for our own magical needs.” I ran a hand through my hair. “Who did she think you were associated with, then?” “There’s a goddess named Vesta who is associated with the home hearth and an eternal fire.”

Marcus droned on. “Where do the werewolves come in?” Xena asked impatiently. “And what was the name of the Goddess?” I asked. “During the golden age, she was known as Angrboda.” Marcus answered. “But in the modern times such as ours we call her Selene. She took the God of Dreams as her lover and consort.” “So, the black cloud swirling around her is the God of Dreams?” I asked as I peered closer to the picture. “Yes, he is our celestial Father,” Marcus nodded.

said Iris the Goddess of the rainbow and messenger of the Gods, as she felt tension building around the twins. "We didn't come down here to have a fight so you better shut your mouth Nemesis," said Hecate the Goddess of magic, crossroads, and ghosts, using a serious and threatening tone. "Tsk," Nemesis said then grinned. "I apologize for my sister's rudeness," said Tyche the Goddess of good luck and fortune, then smiled sweet. "It's okay," said Zyrene and forced a smile that made Klein suddenly looked at Zyrene for what she said. Klein would have objected when Zyrene gives Klein a warning look.
