Kovu's POV I stirred my mana, letting it course through my body to fight the cold emanating from the dungeon. It was so cold, I could have sworn I was in the wastelands in the north. The chill faded a little as my mana heated me up, and I continued to stare at the purple orbs glaring back at me. “I am Kovu. I've come to seek your help,” I said firmly, my voice bouncing off the stone walls of the cell.

Kian refused to leave Vaelith. Instead, he started harassing me obsessively. Whenever I livestreamed photography tutorials, he’d flood the stream with gifts from burner accounts. One username in particular kept appearing: KianLovesLane The screen would explode with animated yachts and rockets until my own face was practically covered. My viewers immediately started spamming the chat, asking who he was. Just looking at that disgusting username made my stomach turn. "Mods, turn off gifting," I said with a cold expression and ended the stream immediately.

“The Council kept me cold. Said it kept my power _quiet_. We were just chains holding her down. Natalie was not much better. She never warmed up to Chloe, and all of a sudden, they acted as if they had always cared. “You’re waiting for a call from this man? Not Katniss?" Unknowingly, a bland laugh escaped Mister Cold's mouth. "I really shouldn't expect anything from you, huh?" While smiling wryly, he received the call.

He turned on the shower tap and let the water flow freely into the tub, the water was ice cold to the touch and could immediately make anyone begin freezing. Ariana stirred from her drowsiness, she squirmed while trying to get rid of the cold touch she was feeling on her skin, it was bone chilling like ice was poured on her. Knox stood with his chocolate-colored eye glaring down at her, he stood to the side without making any attempt to turn off the tap. The storm brewing in his eyes stirred like the volcanos. "Stop squirming like a cat, stand up, and get out of my bathtub now." He muttered in a bone-chilling tone, that sent chills down Ariana's spine.

His eyes were cold as metal and features sharp as a blazing knife. Renai’s heart dropped in her stomach as she recalled Nero and Arinia. Their laughter when Atlas draped them in arms. She closed her eyes and shook her head. “No one…no one he…helped m…” He drowned her again. This time for ten seconds longer. She coughed when he pulled up. Her complexion had turned white as milk due to the frosting temperature of this room and over the top this cold waterboarding torture. “P…plea…please…no…no more…” She said while panting harder.

It’s very experimental, last-resort type of stuff. We learned how to dilute the poison of the fugu fish so it can be used to lower a Slayer’s metabolic rate, help them enter a self-induced coma and survive extended periods of extreme cold or hibernation. Test subjects also injected a lot of sugar in their bodies as a form of antifreeze. You see, frostbite happens when the water in our blood turns to ice and our cells become dehydrated and die. Simply put, blue Slayers have mastered the art of becoming super-sweet popsicles.” A long, uncomfort

It made Kita curious about the person she was going to meet. Walking out into the cold, brisk air, Kenneth notices Kita appears to be trembling. The temperature had dropped even lower since they were now in the rural. The cold wind blew even higher and briskly.
