"I wouldn't mind keeping him around if we can't find out where he belongs. He'd make a great pet for you. He'd teach you some responsibility before you can become a maker which will be good for you." "Yeah," I nodded in agreement. "I'd love to keep him but I think he really wants to return to someone called Inari." He frowned then. "The rice god in Japan?" He asked me, looking skeptical. "You know him?" I asked. "I know the legends. He's a rice god in Japan, usually shown with white foxes called kitsunes," he informed me calmly. "There are other kitsunes, but they're more mischievous than his foxes." "Well I think he belongs there then, in a garden...." I frowned. Looks like I'll lose him qu

A huge fucking silver-furred fox. I step back from Umiko with a frown on my face. I knew she wasn’t a wolf or Lycan, but to be honest, I never expected there to be a fox inside of her. Not only that, but the one I just saw wasn’t a Japanese spirit as one would expect because of her lineage. I’ve met Kitsunes, Kumihos, and even the Chinese Huli jing, so I know what I’m talking about when I say that this thing inside Umiko is entirely different. /“Did you feel that?”/ I ask Baron, and he nods.

When looked at from above, it looked like the shape of a dragon, so it was given another nickname called 眠りの竜 (Nemuri no Ryu), also known as 'The Slumbering Dragon'. "Yes. Because forest wyverns are common monsters that could be found everywhere while nine-tailed fox are rare magical beasts that could be found only at Yashima." I told her. "…You do know nine-tailed fox is rare, right? Not to mention the rarest golden one." "I just want to be sure whether is that a dream or a memory fragment." I murmured. "Then… I will take lots of photos with Ruby when I travel there." "…Please don't. It would only stimulate my desire to go there."

D Fox The story Nathan talks about when he explains his tattoos is Sakura Gari (The Hunt for Cherry Blossoms) by the brilliant Yuu Watase. He was the character I was most hesitant about when writing, just because Nathan is the ‘misunderstood’ one; the one even I couldn’t always understand.

I rush into the arena, and the sight in front of me makes me pause. In the middle of the pit is a massive three-tailed fox, its white fur gleaming under the dim lights. The crowd is on their feet, screaming and roaring with bloodlust. The fox is surrounded by five wolves and a panther, each one circling, waiting for an opening. But it’s not just any fox. “Shit,” I mutter, my heart racing. It’s Legion.

Classic kitsune behavior. "I can tell what you're trying to do," I said flatly. "Manipulate me." Miyori smiled, showing teeth that seemed too sharp. "I am a fox spirit. It is what I do. But I mean no harm to the girl. I do care about her. I failed Seraphina, I do not intend to fail her." "You could make it up by finding out who killed the girl."

And she curses. As an excruciating pain entering her skull. However she didn't get any time to recover. As Thaneos big wolf hovered over her, snarling at her. " It's me Than. Y-our Little Do-ve" " Pl-ease stop this madness....thi-is is not you." " Y-ou ars not evil Thaneos. I..kn-ow" The wolf stops to state at her. Not doing anything. Making Alexandria to hope he was listening.

🫶LEXI🫶 My legs carried me away from Gretonia’s caravan on pure instinct, but my mind was screaming. That girl — the thief from the market...had transformed into a fox creature right in front of me. Kitsune. I’d read about them in old forbidden books, but seeing it… hearing her screams… it shattered something inside me.

Sure that she wasn’t crying anymore, she turned to gaze at me like she was admiring something. “The Alpha, the only one who acquired the flame sword Aura without a teacher to teach him or an elemental wolf link connection.” I went silent, stunned by what had crawled into my ears. Ryu didn’t learn flame sword aura from a master, nor was he an elemental wolf. That had to be one of the craziest things I’ve heard. “The Alpha is the strongest amongst us and is also the only one who could ever chase off the Moon Hound Pack who kept to our tail. Their Alpha is such a jackass.”
