She had always been loyal to her master. She had always remained pure to her master even without seeing him. She could never see him and being with him is a weird and worst fantasy of her. Still, that doesn't make her weak. I think she's becoming her best version, even though she still has to learn to cope with Demir's death. I still remember how she was those first days; I could expect impulsive behavior, anger, hatred from her side, but I never thought I'd see such a vulnerable version clinging to life. Thanks to

The lady looked up at him, but this time, the resentment in her eyes burnt along with pain. "Y...ou sh..all pay f...or Ner...fe...ti...ti's d...eath," she struggled to speak. Keegan titled his head slightly. Nerfertiti. That was the name of the witch executed some weeks ago. "Well, we did you a favour, didn't we?" He spoke in a low tone. "We're sending you to her." Then, he made her last breath come quicker by slashing her neck. He straightened up, his gaze burning even as he beheld her corpse.

"...or because powerful families continue trying to push their daughters toward me." Several nobles immediately lowered their heads in embarrassment and general Ramose almost smiled to see Kharef had rejected them again, as always. Neferaset watched silently. Her elegant smile never faded but beneath the folds of her sleeve… Her fingernails dug deeply into her palm. ‘His Goddess… Does he already know?’ For the first time… Fear crept quietly into her heart. It’s not because he learned powerful killing techniques or has an outstanding track record. “Of course, his strength is undoubtedly the strongest among the Three Great Legati. However, Mosiah is a pure killing machine. Once he starts, he won’t stop until blood flows like rivers! Once he enters a berserk state, he won’t recognize anyone. Not even Master can control him. Thus, he won’t be sent under normal circumstances.” Niko was stunned and felt a chill go down his spine. It was no wonder when he saw Mosiah, he was instinctively fearful of the latter’s cold and emotionless eyes, unable to meet his gaze.

I was born Alsie Neferet and for 24 ½ years I was under the impression that I was a human-werewolf hybrid and that was why I didn’t get my wolf or find my fated mate at the age of 18. None of that was true. My mom wasn’t a human. She was a direct descendant of Nut, and she carried my dormant wolf, Rana. My mom couldn’t shift. Once my mom became pregnant with me, the 100th generation of Nut, Rana awakened. Nut is the ancient Egyptian goddess of the sky, stars, cosmos, and universe. She paused, as if considering something. "I suppose 'queen' will suffice." "Your Majesty,” I nodded in deference. “So... you take care of the base? Like... housekeeping, I guess?" "I take care of more than that," she replied haughtily, her voice rich with the weight of centuries. "I oversee the anomalies here, ensure the 'tools' S.H.A.D.E. so kindly left behind do not turn against you."
