Crossing The Bridge

I demand to my subordinates. Thanatos, my commander mind links Josiah to order that he check in. Thanatos was once the God of death. If it had not been for Hercules and Sisyphus, Death would have still ruled and been feared by mortals and immortals alike. He fell to their traps and was transformed into a dark angel with the assignment of guiding souls to the Netherworld.

Love From Hell

Love From Hell

“You dared to shoot Hades. Now you have me to deal with. Let’s just call me Nyx.” The name Nyx—the Greek goddess of the night—rolled off her tongue with a dark satisfaction. She watched as the life drained from Dean’s eyes, his body going limp in Big Tom’s grip. She felt no remorse, no hesitation. This was her world now, and she was claiming her place in it.

Alsie and Her Mates-Book 2

Alsie and Her Mates-Book 2

I was born Alsie Neferet and for 24 ½ years I was under the impression that I was a human-werewolf hybrid and that was why I didn’t get my wolf or find my fated mate at the age of 18. None of that was true. My mom wasn’t a human. She was a direct descendant of Nut, and she carried my dormant wolf, Rana. My mom couldn’t shift. Once my mom became pregnant with me, the 100th generation of Nut, Rana awakened. Nut is the ancient Egyptian goddess of the sky, stars, cosmos, and universe. Nut is considered the Protector of the Dead and is one of the oldest deities of the Egyptian pantheon. Nut represents the night sky and is a protector of Earth. Rana is Nut’s wolf, and the 100-generation curse w

Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)

Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)

Those purist nobles were going to have a fit, but I had an excellent argument to throw at them. Most of the multispecies matings were true mates, fated by Selene, the Moon Goddess and Helios. Also fated by Nyx since it now included vampires. Nyx was an interesting deity. Most tended to assume that she would most likely be evil because she was the Goddess of Night and Vampires, but that was far from the truth. She was an ancient deity that appeared at the dawn of creation. A beautiful winged Goddess.

The Reaper and The Devil

The Reaper and The Devil

It kind of sounded like someone yelling, but Elijah couldn't place the language. [DEEEEEEEEEAAAATHH!] A female voice was excitedly yelling as it got closer. "Here we go." Death said. Eventually the yelling voice came into full sight. It was Nephthys. Her 5'11" tall, golden-tan figure was riding a large scarab. Her long thick black hair and long red dress fluttered rapidly as she approached. ["Happy to see you again. It's been so long that I just had to rush over when I heard you were coming. I thought you would be here yesterday though?"]

Unwanted daughter of cursed Alpha King

Unwanted daughter of cursed Alpha King

Have we lost the war? “…Quite a cock and bull story here, Nahevra, at least when it comes to Erzelus. You are a fool if you think l am buying that crap.” I am now confident that was Kandreah’s voice. “…Even I know that Nepenthern, god of all gods, went to Hades and not to you. Nepenthern asked Hades, and not you, to give him the venom with the rage of Cerberus. “Is that so, little fae king? Let us see then…” she sneered and turned towards me with a command: “Get up dog!”

MY DRAGON KING, MY ALPHA KING

MY DRAGON KING, MY ALPHA KING

he stated through telepathy as his head lowered closer to me, inspecting my physical features and examining my soul. “I—I am Herneith, Oh Br—bright One.” I attempted to prostrate on the ground, but my knees refused to move. “I am the—the Oracle of the Kingdom of Eckhathnaten and the daughter of Pharaoh Menes. Tha—thank you for saving me earlier.” “Herneith,” his voice rumbled again. “What a powerful name.” His majestic wings stretched as if to display his authority over me. Claws hit soil thereafter as he pushed all of his bulk up.

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

She sensed when her husband died, now there are contrasting versions of this story, some say she went to find his body with their baby Horus but the version my mother always told didn't involve Horus just yet. Isis eventually found Osiris' body and took it back to Egypt with her, She sought out the God Thoth to help her resurrect her husband. Seth found out her plans and hunted the body down and ripped the God's body into fourteen pieces and scattered them into the Nile. Isis refused to give up. She searched for the pieces of her husband's body, only finding thirteen of them. She employed the help of her sister and Seth's wife, Nephthys. Some believe that Nephthys and Osiris had a son, Anubi

I just thought this story was wonderful! The interactions, conversations, personalities were just real, sweet, emotional and fun. Just enough tension to spice it up but nothing stupid in behavior or words. Well done! Loved it!

This was excellent. I enjoyed it and was relieved that the author didn't try to add in a plot twist that would have changed the personality the story built for each character. the characters were so relatable and the forbidden aspect made every encounter filled with all the right tension.
