Never Say Never Novels & Stories

Her speech boosted Alice's morale and she replied, " None" " Yes, None", she said and took her eyes, " So don't ever think there's nothing you can't do, no matter what it is, as long as you put your mind to it, determined and focused, there's nothing, I mean nothing, that you can't do", " What if none of our plans works?", she said worriedly, " They don't work because she's alive, they'll work when she's not".

There are 3 girls and 2 guys that I don’t know also in the circle. Xander claps and asks, “Does everyone have a full drink?” Everyone nods and he says, “Perfect! We’re about to play a game called ‘Never Have I Ever.’ The rules are simple: we all take turns saying something we haven’t done, and anyone who has done that thing takes a drink. Everyone got it?” We all nod again and he says, “Great, I’ll start! Never have I ever given a blow job.” All the girls groan. That was a cheap shot. We all drink except Charlie.

My heart fluttered at the sound, but I pretended not to hear it and continued walking toward the sunlit road. If there was a next life, I never wanted to see Shawn again.

*Flashback* "Marry me." "What?" "Marry me." I look at my boyfriend like the crazy person he is but I'm surprised when I don't see even a hint of humor in his eyes. So I look back at him again, now with the same intensity he's radiating through his eyes. But it's to ask him again, "What?" Aaron Miller has made a declaration, to himself and the people around him. That he would never again get married and he put that on his life.

My fingers shook for a second. Then I smiled at Geoffrey. "Yeah. Toss it all. And forget about the wedding prep." I barely finished before the door banged open. Stanley stormed in, eyes blazing. "Vivienne Weston, don't push me too far!"

People came and went, living their lives. "Caleb is the kind of person who can't handle even the smallest failure. That's why I left without a word back then. And now... I can't explain it anymore." I balled up the bloodied tissue in my hand and tossed it into the little trash bag in the car.

’ She always replied with same thing every single time. After a few minutes of talking, we hung up the call. I sashayed back to the couch where Tam was sitting watching the news. “Why do you like watching the news?” I asked her. “We should just N*****x and chill right?” I tried my luck, but I knew she wouldn’t budge until she finishes watching it. “I like knowing what is going on, you know.” She shrugged. Nope, I don’t. And I don’t want to.

On the day of our family trip, I woke up early, only to be shocked to find the house completely empty. While I was still wondering what was going on, a message from my younger sister, Cynthia, popped up in the family group chat. "Oh no, I forgot to tell everyone in this group that the departure time had been moved up!" The next second, the message was recalled. As I stared blankly at the now-empty chat, I felt my eyes sting. At that moment, I realized they had another family group chat—one that did not include me. While I was still in a daze, Mom called. "I'm sorry, Yesenia. We moved the departure time up by an hour and forgot to tell you. Hurry and get a cab over here. Maybe you can

I kept my sightless eyes open and watched him leave. Stellan's voice sounded as though something inside him were dying. "Is there anything else... you want to say to me?" I thought about it carefully. "Stel, for the rest of your life, be the freest bird there is." "My Stel… "I hope you'll be safe and happy, blessed with a full life, a loving family, and a home full of children and grandchildren someday." The howling winter wind carried away his retreating silhouette. After that, I never heard from him again.

"Never have I ever... been arrested." Nobody drank. "Really?" Sophia said, looking disappointed. "Not even for something minor? Public intoxication? Speeding?" "Speeding tickets don't count as arrest," Valerie pointed out. "Fine. Never have I ever," Sophia continued, "kissed someone whose name I didn't know." Valerie drank, knowing Sophia did that on purpose. Damien also drank. "Never have I ever," Damien said, "had a one-night stand with someone I met the same day."
