Sex. Nope, I won't go there. I'm not thinking of that. After moments and moments of reading the same paragraph again and again, I gave up and placed the boom back to where it belongs. I wasn't really paying attention to the storyline of the book, I'm just senselessly reading. I don't even know what the book is all about.

I recently logged in a relative device in hopes to complete the book. peace out.

Attractively annoying nerd. I move away before I get further irritated by the sight and I walk to the other shelf. I can’t get that image off my mind and my mood is officially ruined as I look through the names of the books. "Oh, there." I stand on my feet and raise my hand in an attempt to grab the book on the upper shelf and as the tip of my finger touches it, a hand closes over mine and grabs the book. She breathed deeply, probably wondering why I was so keen on this thing and to be honest, I was starting to wonder about that too. I immediately looked at Key and Damian, realizing that this time it was the two of them who saved me from danger. "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention. I too feel like this place is a little dirty and doesn't suit me being clean!” I defended myself, obviously, because I didn't feel wrong. "What's your problem? You don't usually act disgusting like this!" Damian also asked, I then looked at him in annoyance. Does not matter. Most importantly, I can attract Key's attention. And sure enough, Key didn't even take his eyes off me. That's right, Ben's recipe book for love really worked. Effective to attract the attention of people we like. But, I also find it strange. I tilted my head, searching for the perfect instance to use in my argument. “Gangsters, no offense, and books is like bread and something like…” I thought hard enough. “Meat?” He raised his eyebrow. “When I say bread and meat, I don’t mean as in a burger.” I slowly pushed the book back into its slot on the shelf. “Unless stacked with other ingredients as a burger, bread and meat don’t seem like a possible combination.” He looked more confused than I was. “An unlikely combination, but it doesn’t make it any bad.” I chuckled.

Adam stopped halfway through the page. “…Nah.” He let the book drop slightly in his hand, exhaling through his nose as if he needed a second to reset. His jaw tightened, eyes scanning back over a few lines like he didn’t fully trust what he just read. “This one’s different,” he muttered. He pushed himself off the counter and started pacing slowly behind the bar, the book still open. There was something about this story that didn’t sit the same way as the first.
