“I’m Dahlia. I’m from the Cold Star pack. I was captured and held hostage by Red Ripper, but they had no use for me. I was too small and too weak for them to ever take much notice of me, so I was left in the cells to die. I was to be used in their witch’s experiments, but…” Her bottom lip wobbled, and her voice quavered, but she held firm, broadening her shoulders and hitching her chin out defiantly. Pale ginger curls clung to her brow with sweat. “There were rumours in the cells, rumours that the witch had escaped. They were struggling with their magic, unable to control it without her. Day became night, and the flowers and plants were all dying. I saw that for myself, when I ran.” Someone’

************** Thirty five minutes later, I walked into Dashiell's study to find Adela sitting before him, her head bowed. She met my gaze, and I noticed that her eyes were red and puffy, "They forced me to- I beg you, please believe me!" She wailed, her blond hair flying all over the place. Dashiell abruptly got up, scraping the foot of the chair against the cold floor, his expression remaining cold and distant. "You have Zahra to thank for my willingness to give you a second chance," he paused and moved closer to her, "Do something stupid next time, and your head would be hanging from the tip of one of your father's arrows,"

And this time, they finally calmed down as they nodded and looked back at me. I guess it is a sign that they are both going to tell me everything. “Joe told me that among the Dahlia siblings, Easter is the one that was easy to manipulate,” she said. “He told me that he has a weakness with virgins and will do everything for them so it will be easy for me to seduce him and hold his neck.” “Oh.” I nodded. “I can see that your plan worked. But it also backfired on you, right?”

Dahlia When the man’s eyes flicker to Ellen, I pull her closer to me. His gaze returns to me, his jaw ticking. “I can always know when it's Helen or Dahlia” His tone softens, “The scar.” His eyes drift to my temple, just above my brows. “How do you expect me to believe you're Dahlia?” He directs the question to me. My breath catches, “I am Dahlia.” I say confidently. But deep down, I am not sure of anything.

"My darling, all I want is to be your moon and show you all the little stars of my heart" ~ Alexandra Vasiliu (Author of BLOOMING) "Daisy" I turn around hearing Salvatore's familiar voice, he makes his way to the balcony, my back is leaning against the railing as I patiently wait for him to come. He parts away the sheer curtains, the crease on his forehead instantly relaxes after seeing me.

Dahlia While Zahra was still squealing and swooning around, my eyes hadn’t left the fine print. The longer I stared at it, the more I was dazed. Haunted by the cold truth that made my ribs constrict—I’m going to break my daughter’s heart. Won’t she hate me for this?

Once my eyes spotted her again, I would always fall back into that deep hole of despair. When Dan had communicated what happened, I wanted to be the one to relate the news to her. But as fate would have it, she came to me instead. Just like she was supposed to all these while. Now that Evans was out of the way. She was mine. Whatever this was that she was doing didn't matter. In fact I enjoyed things when they were a little spicier. Two could play the game. DAHLIA "Here, have this instead. Don't drink stupidly." He growled as he sat beside me.

Witches can’t be trusted. “Its about time you all got here,” a voice called out. We all looked up to see Dahlia descending from the sky. “I was starting to think you all chickened out.” Her boot clad feet hit the snow and she gave us a smile. She was clad in a knee-length, light brown fur coat with fishnet stockings. Her long hair was neatly bundled at the back of her head and her makeup was perfect, as always. “Dante,” she acknowledged. “Dahlia.” I responded.

Compared to the moudly cheese and bread I ate everday, this was heaven's meal! My eyes widened with a mix of surprise and gratitude. I watched as Dahlia skillfully maneuvered the tray through the narrow gap between the bars, setting it down within reach. Dahlia them brought out a key from her dress and then slotted it into the hole, unlocking the metal hates and entering into the cell. I looked up at her immediately. "Dahlia," I began, my voice laced with curiosity and concern. "Are you allowed to be in my cell, or to even open it for that matter?"

I hurriedly looked around trying to find any that would trigger my memory but none did, they all looked thr fucking same to me I let out a sigh of frustration as I pinched the bridge of my nose. “Welcome to lia's flower shop how can I help you toda….” The sales person said her voice trailing off in shock. I turned around and felt my jaw go slack in shock, dahlia stood there in an apron, face stained with a little dirt, her hands shielded by the large green gloves she wore, legs in an equally large green boots, she stared at me,all the color drained from her face like she'd seen a ghost. “Dahlia?...” I asked still stareing at her in shock.
