It was quiet, overlooked, and completely beneath the notice of anyone important. That was why Lysan was extremely happy being there. He attended his classes quietly, avoiding Roman in every possible way. Roman was seen at the academy often, he wasn't a student there though, but as the Demon prince, he was supposed to maintain the relationship between the human kingdom, magical beings, and the demonic territories.

I smirked haughtily as I plopped down on the sofa beside him. We were currently seated in the living room of his apartment in front of the TV. Marcus was out somewhere so it was just the two of us right now. "What kind of a show is named 'Boys over Flowers'? And what language is this?!" He demanded. I gave him a glare, "Boys over Flowers happens to be one of my favorite shows and its Korean." "You know Korean?" He sounded baffled. I just rolled my eyes at him. "No, I don't. We're supposed to read the subtitles. Duh."

I answered. "Women?" She asked in a low tone. "Yes, so it's kind of embarrassing," I answered. "We are demons." She pointed out. "I know and that still doesn't change that I am a male, and you are a female," I answered. "Demons all bathe in the same river which is close to the forest, be it female or male, and they are allowed to make babies there because the water grants them fertility," Dinel said coldly when she grabbed a light blue robe.

As went on, hell began to plague the human world with demons of all kinds. Heaven's solution to this was provided with powers known as blessings. Blessings came in two forms; strengthening the human body and giving them unique abilities. Although, not every human possessed these blessings. As each day passed, the demons planned their ultimate goal.... to kill a god!

My heart was still beating even though I was now a reasonable distance from the fast food. What a waste of time that had been. If she had just told me not to bother going in there or stopping the car at all, I would have saved myself, the time, the money and the strength that I used to running away from those things. “Ice!” “Okay fine! I'll tell you. They're Envy's. They're not humans, they're demons. They're descendants of the Fatals.” She said that and stopped like that was supposed to mean something to me. In all my life, id never heard of anything like that before.

“You think demon’s don’t have souls.” He cocked his head. “Seeing what we are capable of, would you say otherwise?” As I chose my next words carefully, my fingers found their way into my hair. Sometimes the pulling wasn’t a conscious habit. If I were stressed, it just sort of happened. “No, I wouldn’t,” I agreed, tugging two strands free. “But there are different kinds of demons. My kind believes our Goddess pairs us with our perfect match—the missing half of our soul. She doesn’t make mistakes. The mate-bond wouldn’t have anything to attach to if you didn’t have a soul.”

I said, “They had always been painted as malevolent creatures in the myths and folktales.” “They do.” Eolia took the ointment and began to massage it on my other bruises. “Originally, demons are not from our realm, Nyxdoria. Of course you shouldn’t! Only beings who are cursed by god can go to Hell. They are called demons, they are evil entities!”

Leon asked Vetis who had been staring at them. “You might not known about it. After all when we were younger you hated fairy tales the most, but there are beings we call as the opposite moon,” Vetis leaned back to his chair, sighing, “They are a demon, like us.
