The only sounds we can hear are the sound of the wind rustling through the trees, the birds chirping overhead and the sounds of the paddles pushing through the water. "Theo, look there, on your left.." Adonis whispers behind me. I turn my face to see a family of birds gently gliding along the water in the distance. I tilt my face a little and see Adonis smiling at the birds. "Are they ducks?" He asks the oarsman.

It reminds me of being at the beach with the salty air on my skin. The ground is covered in thick, green grass, and there are all kinds of beautiful flowers and trees all around. And there are a lot of birds, singing, flying, and sitting on branches. I've never seen birds like this before. They're like a hybrid between crows and peacocks. Or maybe like parrots with feathers instead of scales. I wonder if they're dangerous. As we walk, the grass gets higher and higher, until it's taller than me and Alec. It shimmers in the sunlight, as if it's made of plastic.

Well, let us be grateful for what was already beside me, ready to support me without any hesitation. Speaking of mother, she could be worried about me now since I had been here for a couple of hours already. I left her back home after dinner. It was an unspoken thing that I must fly—I mean, what was the use of wings if you weren't going to fly? Wings were used for flying! Even those fat chickens fly! Even ostriches—wait, ostriches do not fly! Stupid Cyan, stupid Cyan. What birds can't fly other than ostriches, though? Gotta Boogle that later.

Jonah groaned frustrated. At that point a small black bird flew down and sat on the rail of the upper deck. ITs jet black wings had a tinge of blue in them. Its beck matched its feathers and its eyes were darker than the night sky. They were lifeless. “See just birds.” Patrick pointed to the bird drastically talking to Jonah.

Dobah was about to ask a question, when he heard the shriek of a bird from above. Startled, he stopped his words, and looked up, aware that he was not the only one that had been surprised by such a loud shriek. Two white little birds. Cute things if he must admit. The birds were playing with each other, females he was sure. He couldn't help but wonder what two female birds were doing together on a high window pane. Shouldn’t there be a male to play a mating dance with them? The birds also were of the same breed with the same markings.

My eyes drank in every detail, like sponges soaking up water As we walked through the magical forest, I couldn't help but notice the birds flitting about in the canopy above. These birds were unlike any I had ever seen. Their feathers shimmered with iridescent hues, reflecting shades of blue, purple, and green with every movement. Some had long, elegant tails that trailed behind them like delicate ribbons One bird, in particular, caught my eye. It had a slender body covered in midnight-blue feathers that glowed softly in the dim light. Its wings were tipped with silver, and its eyes were large and expressive, like twin sapphires.

I saw birds flying to another tree in the distance. I continued to walked as I followed the source of the bird's chirping, and when I found it, I looked up at a large tree. Naruon ang umaawit na ibon. Nakakamangha ang kulay. It's a combination of blue, red, yellow, yellow green, and white. I wonder what kind of bird it is? "Althea!" Napalingon ako sa dating pinanggalingan ng may tumawag sa akin.

My legs tremble so much that I don't know how I'm still standing. The forest is so silent that I can only hear the sound of my stealthy and painful breathing. The birds that I used to hear singing every day when I woke up seem to have moved away. Making this forest even more depressing. I have never seen any kind of animal or bird in person, only the sounds they emit. Birds are said to be carnivores, that they feed on domestic animals. That they are lost in the forest or abandoned by their owners, to be devoured.
