NOT SORRY I WANT YOU BACK

NOT SORRY I WANT YOU BACK

Overwhelmed by curiosity, she got out of the bed walked to the window, and pushed it open. Her mouth formed a silent O. The beautiful old oak tree stood mightily just a hand away from where she stood. It was a home to a lot of birds, some bright yellow, and some were a brilliant mixture of blue and red and yellow. She could see various nests hanging low from tree branches as younger birds peeked out of their nest, chirping endlessly when an older bird brought the worms to them with their claws.

The Last Thunder

The Last Thunder

Darrion led the both of them to a small stream where a bird monster was currently drinking from. The bird looked like an ostrich, but it was brown, bigger and seemed more powerful than an ostrich. Unlike ostrich that usually tuck their wings, this monster’s wings were opened to the side and it could be seen how long the pair of it was. But due to its long legs and big claws, none of the boys think this bird monster would use those wings to fly.

The Secret Moonbird, Hellblades Series Part 2 of 3

The Secret Moonbird, Hellblades Series Part 2 of 3

In this enchanted garden, I must have finally entered the realm of the Legendary Moonbird. A flock of peacocks stood before me. Their slender necks were crowned by crests of feathers, and their fan-like tails displayed a brilliant array of sapphire blues and emerald greens. But how could I discern the Moonbird among them? Which one was it? Then I spotted it. Nestled among the flock were two peacocks as white as snow, their eyes blue like the heavens. What truly set them apart was the pattern of the Nazar Boncuğu woven into their feathers.

The Billion Dollar Heiress

The Billion Dollar Heiress

She followed his eyes to the line of birds migrating above. She studied him again. His lips curved lightly now, eyes squinted, gaze softened like the birds whispered something he inexplicably understood. “I do wish I was a bird,” he muttered, releasing a rustled laugh. “Some people are born with wings but never leave the ground. Birds are the only creatures that can fly wherever they want without needing a physical wings to guide them.” Isla looked at the birds again, her brows knitting as she tried to unlock meaning from the metaphor.

Seducing Professor Cal

Seducing Professor Cal

“Yes.” His uncle turned around, and walked back towards the house. Without second thoughts, Cal began to descend further down into the wide backyard, towards the other end where Miss Shaw now held Nova’s hand as they stared up in the sky, watching a large host of birds, migrating for the night. “That one is slow.” Nova turned to point to the other end at a bird who was barely catching up with its mates, a long distance between them. “Yes,” Miss Shaw said, her eyes following the direction of Nova’s pointing finger.

Rise of the Phoenix

Rise of the Phoenix

“Finches, parrots, and quails to name a few. You think you might be a bird shifter, Emmi?” She nods, and I smile encouragingly at her. “Ajax and I were talking about the screeching that I hear in my head. It feels like it’s a bird of some sort.” My father looks thoughtful as we begin to eat. “Parrots are loud birds, some would say they have a screeching sound, definitely more so than a finch or quail that have softer sounds.” “She also has a beautiful voice,” I say, smiling at her. “Do you? I’ve never heard you sing.”

Cooper truly never misses. Each story genuinely is better than the last, with each story truly being amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed reading Emmi & Ajax’s story and the creativity/thoughtfulness that went into writing it. So excited for Kenna/Yhens story, finally! As always, amazing job, author! :)

I loved every single book till now. I love how you include everyone in the story. it gives the scenes a bit of everyone's perspective but the main characters are always clear. Please let us know when taming the fire dragon comes out. it's already mid August......

Rude Awakenings

Rude Awakenings

“Easy. Red-Footed Booby.” Water sprayed from Colton’s mouth, a laugh petering to a cough in the back of his throat at Billy’s deadpan stare. “Or the Tufted Titmouse.” “Stop.” Colton held his stomach, shaking his head fiercely as he sniggered. “That’s a mouse.” “No, it ain’t. It’s a bird.” Billy’s serious face faltered, amusement tingeing hard features as he continued. “Fluffy-Backed Tit-Babbler.”

This was so good. The main characters were properly fleshed out and I ended up loving Paloma. Colton essentially being a redeemable bum in need of therapy and stability was super realistic. Everyone having regular jobs was a breath of fresh air. The sex has you wishing you could be Kate. Solid read

Definitely one of my favorites, love the journey to love for Colton and Kate. They feel so real and it’s a roller coaster of emotions, with a psycho stalker for more thrills. Not sure why it’s broken into 2 books but reading back to back still flows. Thank you, author!!

Muses Of The Bothy

Muses Of The Bothy

The blue petals rustled again before a fluffy head popped up. Veronica leaned in closer eyeing the creature curiously before it squawked and bit her nose. She flinched back holding her as the creature skipped out of the bluebells. Veronica rubbed her nose glaring at the bird as he hopped excitedly as if it were mocking her. She got a good look at him. The cere was royal blue, so it was obviously a male bird, and given its size it couldn't be a parrot so it must be a parakeet. The only thing she couldn't figure out is why he was playing around the bushes. Furthermore, she was surprised the fauna in the area hadn't attacked him since birds with vibrant plumage tended to be attacked by other wi

He makes it his business to know everything. Sheridan swallows and glances at Trey, who nods at her. “A few loner cats who didn’t have a clan. Leopard, tiger. But also rarer shifters—owls, ravens, eagles.” “Really? There are shifter birds?” Simmon bluffs really well. Not even I can smell anything but his interest. Sheridan nods. “They keep quiet because they’re not as plentiful as wolves or big cats. That, and they’re prey animals.”

Lahnthean Aria

Lahnthean Aria

"Are we back in my world?!" Aledir sadly looked away and shook his head. He turned to a nearby tree and released a loud shriek. Kiran gasped as flocks of what seemed like birds flew out of the thick leaves. They rose into the air, leaving trails of gold dust on their tail. Even their feathers, which shimmered a bluish purple in the bright morning light, told Kiran that they were nowhere near the world she called "home."
