“My turn.”
He passes the die from one hand to the other and rolls it, but with bad luck, the piece only moves two spaces.
“And who asks the questions and gives the challenge?” I ask, happiness lacing my words.
“Easy, hand me the bottle, Sam.”
Sam obeys. Mark takes the bottle and spins it on the floor, and with incredible luck, it points to me.
“The cap decides who asks questions and other stuff,” Mark says, tapping the floor with his fingers, the other hand on his knee.
