Psychopath Love Series: Dashiel Davin's Forbidden Love

Psychopath Love Series: Dashiel Davin's Forbidden Love

I whispered to the emptiness while watching the colorful sky brought by the fireworks. I found myself crying due to envy for my happy neighbors, contrasting with my feelings of loneliness and sadness. Will it always be like this? Will my new year always be like this? Will I always be alone in welcoming the new year? Will I always end up crying every new year? Will it always be like this?! For Pete's sake, I'm so tired! I'm so tired of feeling alone all the time. I'm so tired of being independent all the time. I feel alone. Yes, I know my grandma is there for me, but I still feel like I'm alone in this life. I feel like I'm the only one fighting the challenges of life. I fucking feel alone!

HIS BALLERINA HUMAN MATE

HIS BALLERINA HUMAN MATE

~ Alone~ Alone~ ALONE. In the silence, my thoughts screamed at me, shouting like a banshee.. Those negative thoughts bounced inside my skull like a stray bullet ricocheting off every corner of my brain. I needed to turn of those feelings. All of them gnawing away at me. Clawing at me. Tearing me to pieces. Isn't it funny how the chill of despair numbs everything but grief? I could light this room on fire and despite the glorious burn, I would still be cold to the boner.

My Damn Salvation

My Damn Salvation

One would say that she was my conscience but I believed her to be my real self waiting to be unleashed from the cage I had her constrained in. When your eyes fill with tears and your throat gets tight. All you have is your suffocating thoughts, no light, no people and no place to escape. You are alone and you know no one can save you. You can’t do anything but think. You are your biggest hope. You just lay there at night and swallow your thoughts even though you feel like vomiting everything out. Yet, you can’t. That’s what depression feels like. Depression is like a black room with no door. There is no escape! They say that after a while you get used to the pain. You don’t.

THE UNVEILED CONTRACT

THE UNVEILED CONTRACT

And by midnight, I was so close to losing my mind. Tom forced me to return home to rest for a bit. It wasn’t much of a home, was it? Alexandra wasn’t there. I would return to a dark and desolate apartment. I wouldn’t have the energy to put the lights on. It was a lonely night. A night when the entire world falls asleep and you see it shrouded in darkness, and only you are awake, eyes wide open. At the time, all the depressed loneliness breaks through the shackles, quickly sweeps through, and causes you to suffer. This was the period of loneliness when people were most vulnerable.

Poor Husband's Betrayal

Poor Husband's Betrayal

Raisa wrote a poem entitled in the quiet, she then reread her work. In a lonely corner of the silent night, I hug your shadow in this loneliness. The longing that slices the heart, Flowed with tears that did not stop. In every beat of my heart, There is your name that echoes sadly. The hope that used to strengthen, Now only a painful memory. I walk in empty hallways, Without direction, without light. All the promises you once made, Are now just shadows that disappear slowly. Time passes slowly and cruelly, Leaving deep wounds.

Breed Me, Alpha King

Breed Me, Alpha King

Cathy's gaze drifted across the faces of her former friends, and she felt a pang of despair. Her words might as well have been whispers in the wind—no one was listening. The distance between them yawned like a chasm, and for the first time since losing her mom, Cathy felt a crushing, suffocating loneliness. ‘Alone.’

University of Love

I was in its mind, lost in its darkness. I don't know how to get out and I can't even feel or hear Heli in me. I'm alone in the darkness, depression slowly started to crawl over me. I'm all alone in this darkness. There's no one here with me, no one to save me.

Unchained

Unchained

I break myself, With words, thoughts, From my own mind. Everything I ran away from, I became. Everything I tried not to be, Everything I walked away from, I see them now. Taunting me, laughing at me, For my darkness was my fault, No other's. So, when I love, it's living death. I walk alone in this path, I made darkness my creed, Formed depression, With hands of flawless poetry. I created my demons, Now I'm haunted by them. Everything I am,

Obsessed With My Husband's Step-Brother

Obsessed With My Husband's Step-Brother

My eyes had finally gone dry, but that was when the real pain began. I was turning into a husk, a shadow of myself. But I was sick of being alone in that room with my punishing thoughts and painful depression. Above all, I was tired. Tired of keeping my eyes open because it hurt, tired of keeping my eyes closed because of the flashbacks. Tired of trying to even take care of myself. Tired of thinking. Tired of the pain that was destroying me inside. Tired of feeling abandoned and lonely.

I’m struggling big time here .. I can’t wait to know the end but at the same time I don’t want this to stop ! The twist n turn , up n down of this book is insane ! This is like lily all over again but will adontis realize he actually love Leilani ? She is just as broken as him … gosh more chapters p

The tittle of the book doesn't even align with the story, cos u can't tell me she didn't love Adonis n was obsessed. To say Adonis could tell she wasn't inlove with him was a fat joke, considering he has never loved anyone. He was selfish and didn't deserve Leila. I really wish there was an epilogue

.....the light is getting dimmer and dimmer but I don't mind because I'm finally embracing the darkness..... I have to say, poetry is my coping mechanism. Reading and writing it is not only a form of self expression for me, but it helps me deal with my anxiety and depression. And right now I can't stop writing and it's because I'm one minute away from having an anxiety attack. I have been the new girl at different schools for quite a number of times but I still can't get over first day nerves. You would think that due to all this constant moving and school changes, I would have mastered the art of being the new girl.

Loneliness has a way of creeping into the best poetry, like shadows stretching at dusk. One that always lingers in my mind is Edgar Allan Poe’s 'Alone'—raw and haunting, with lines like 'From childhood’s hour I have not been / As others were.' It’s less about physical solitude and more about the unshakable feeling of being different, an outsider looking in. Another favorite is Sara Teasdale’s 'There Will Come Soft Rains,' which contrasts human loneliness with nature’s indifference. The imagery of rain and swallows carries this quiet ache, as if the world moves on effortlessly while you’re left behind.

Then there’s W.S. Merwin’s 'Separation,' just three lines but devastating: 'Your absence has gone through me / Like thread through a needle. / Everything I do is stitched with its color.' It’s so tactile—you can almost feel the needle pulling. I love how these poems don’t just describe loneliness; they make it tangible, something you can hold in your hands or taste like metal in your mouth.
