The Ultimate Cure: A New Husband

The Ultimate Cure: A New Husband

He couldn't move yet—only lie flat on the bed, his arms too weak to lift. After washing her hands, Adriana took out her e-reader. "I'll read to you. What would you like to hear?" His lifeless gaze remained fixed on the pale ceiling, his voice hoarse. "Read me some poems by Lowoe." "Okay." Adriana took a sip of water and cleared her throat. She didn't use the e-reader often—it was mostly Chris who read from it. When she opened The Collected Poems of Lowoe, she saw he had already read nearly half of it.

I’ll say it again, i don’t know why there are no reviews. Almost finishing it, this story is so good it needs to be published in hard cover. It had me crying my eyes out, holding my breath for so long I forgot to breathe, and I’m still hooked… truly awesome work

This story had been so good, I binged it straight through. The female lead was strong, things were working out, but then twists and turns and things fell apart. I’m rooting for Francesco but after 600 chapters I’ve been taking a break. I don’t know how many years it’ll take before things resolve

he asked. “I’m all ears Dane,” I replied. “I think if you were to deliver the first poem reading of the night, it would mean a lot to the grieving families,” he shared. “I can do that. Do you happen to know any that would be the most ideal to use?” I questioned. “Sure I have a book I will bring for you to look at. I am sure you’ll find just the right one,” Dane offered. “Perfect, thank you Dane,” I said as he stood to leave.

You should see hers. He reads it out, in a voice worthy of Television, as though he were standing before an audience. The poet can be poem-less. The writer, word-less And the warrior sword-less. With you, I am not lovel— "Okay, " I say "that's enough for one day.".

she read out the lines. As she read the lines, he kept on nodding his head. Emotions spilled over his face like a cup of tea mistakenly spilled on office files. "God! You broke my heart with those lines, Sasha. Each time I hear them, each time I read them it's like I'm reading it for the first time. Your poems are superb, Sasha and I'd like to thank you on behalf of all your readers. Thank you for giving us poems in times when poetry was losing its meaning."

My Forbidden Lover

My Forbidden Lover

He knew how much she love listening to poem, anytime she was down, poem heals her. "Really? Please tell me. Am dying to hear it." Her face got brightened with a very cheerful smile, "sweety by who?" "Samuel Taylor Choleridge." "Oh. His poems are not bad either." She sat up, leaning on him. He cleared his throat and started. "All thoughts, all passions, all delights, Whatever stirs this mortal frame, All are but ministers of Love, And feed his sacred flame. Oft in my waking dreams do I

He also thought about the next step he was about to take and he knew he might regret it also but found himself taking out his phone to read her a poem. Drawing closer- he sighed, smiled a little, and couldn’t help but stretch out his hand to trace his fingers along her smooth milky jaw. His brow wrinkled a bit as she didn’t even stir and sighed again before proceeding to read her the poem. He selected his favorite poem by Craig Arnold and cleared his throat to begin: Of many reasons I love you, here is one the way you write me from the gate at the airport so I can tell you everything will be alright so you can tell me there is a bird

My Second Lead

My Second Lead

Crafting verses provided her with solace, allowing her to pour her thoughts and emotions onto paper and bring her inner world to life through the power of words. When Mr. Ito commenced reading the poem’s first verse, its profound message about love resonated deeply within the classroom. The poem spoke of a love that transcends boundaries—distance, age, status, gender, or appearance. It emphasized the importance of fighting for love despite the obstacles. As Akira absorbed the words, a realization dawned upon her: it was time to confront Yuki and seek the answers she had been longing for.

Puck Around And Fall

Puck Around And Fall

Something about that landed in the center of my chest and stayed there. We went around the circle. Marcus read three stanzas of a poem about his grandmother's kitchen that was so quietly devastating it made the room go still. Priya read the opening of something that felt like literary fiction — a girl at an airport, leaving somewhere she couldn't name. A boy named Darius read a rap verse he'd been working on, rhythmic and sharp and funny in all the right places. The other two read shorter things — a flash fiction piece, a personal essay about a younger brother. Then it was my turn.

My Emotionless Goddess

My Emotionless Goddess

Stacy remembered a poem she learned in her literature classes back in senior secondary. Unparalleled beauty, worth the praise a maiden, resembling a starry night beautiful to gaze, forbidden to touch a deadly weapon, to the mankind But in this case it was not maiden, but a man . Whose beauty was intoxicating, like a thousand old wine. This beauty was hers. Here's to corrupt, hers to own, here's to possess, hers to dominate and she couldn't be any happier.
