It's dark fur and multiple tails shifting as he snorted. "Did you just summon a pokemon?" Hunter asked. I shot him a hard look and then started for the driveway, mentally calling Kastem to heel.

The air around me crackles with energy as the boundary spell begins to fracture under the force of my struggle. "Do it!" the Wand Hunter yells, his voice tinged with urgency. The Stake Hunter lunges forward, his weapon aimed at my heart. But just as the point of the stake nears my chest, there's a sudden, sickening snap. Small hands, moving faster than lightning, wrap around the Stake Hunter's head, and with a swift, blurred motion, twist it clean off his shoulders.

AVA Without another word, Hunter moves swiftly away from the lockers, passing by his two friends whose names I'm guessing are Preston and Gomorey. They had been gawking at Hunter with a mischievous grin playing on their lips, and Hunter didn't waste a chance to shoot them both with his penetrating glare. I noticed their pupils retrench as they stared at him, meaning they were conversing with each other through mindlink. It was brief, lasting a couple of seconds before Hunter turns left and straight down the now-empty halls.

I slowly met each one of their eyes. “Count to ten and come find me.” I dashed towards the woods and after glancing behind me to make sure they weren't there, I darted to the left. I ran all the way to the deer field and scaled a tree. I made sure that I was completely concealed. I kept my breathing light and shallow. I waited until I heard them moving through the woods. I scouted the area until I found them, walking carefully through the woods. Timothy lifted his hand and pointed to the left, before pointing to the right.
