Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

Maybe both, she thought. Dominic removed his hand from the cover and the white light disappeared. “This is The Magic Compendium. It is the most comprehensive book about spells and magic that my people ever compiled. Only three copies were made. Thankfully, I managed to escape with one of them. There are things in here even I have never read before, and others that I have long forgotten.” “So you think there might be something in there that can help us?” Ralin asked hopefully. Dominic nodded. “That is my hope.” He picked the book up. By the ease with which he hefted it, the others guessed the magical manuscript was much lighter than it appeared. “I will be in my room. I’ve got a lot of readin

When Magic Happens

When Magic Happens

I asked her after she finished. “The book of shadows is a very powerful book. It is enchanted in itself and contains thousands of spells and information about magical objects that no one ever heard about. It is an ancient book, a treasure of knowledge and great asset to any witch" she replied with some hope in her eyes that got me hoping as well. I smiled at her and she smiled back. “Enough talking. Now let us start training before the boys come back for dinner and lover boy stares at you” I felt my cheeks heat up and she giggled loudly.

Iridian

Iridian

‘Get me the hell out of here, preferably to wherever Adley is…’ I prayed, then placed my life in the hands of my chaotic magic. A pulse of that strange magic rolled through me, all the way down my leg. The moment my foot made contact with the door, it splintered and cracked. Light poured through the deep grooves, blinding me as I opened it and rushed inside.

hello the novel is good. A 2014 interview of Kim Chiu and Kris Aquino on Kris TV went viral on social media in 2020, and resurfaced as a meme this 2021 The now-defunct ABS-CBN talk show showed Kris repeatedly asking “Because?” after Kim’s every answer, which she couldn't finish because she was cry

Absolutely loving this book and I 100% understand its not the only one being done but just wondering if there gonna be more consistency with updates? I flew through it, and now it seems like its taking ages just for 1 chapter and then waiting another while for another one. ADORING THE STORY THOUGH!!

The Prophecy of Fated Mates

The Prophecy of Fated Mates

Maybe, just maybe, I would come to accept Ombra Nera regardless of the bad things that happened because of it. —— The only way to completely prevent myself from seeing Enzo was to avoid places where he could be. So for the next few days that followed, I basically lived in the forest and the library, sometimes, in my garden. I had been reading some books that described the kind of magic I was displaying. None had been able to explain why it was happening but at least, I knew a bit more. ‘The Art of Magic’ included everything from witches spells, to potions, to nature magic, and other creatures that I didn't even know existed. Of all of them, nature magic seemed like the most likely and so, I

The Bride Who Returned From Death

The Bride Who Returned From Death

The cost was high, but the result was undeniable. My breath caught. I read further, my heart pounding. ‘The council has forbidden any further use of this magic. They say it’s too dangerous, that the price is too steep. But I’ve seen what it can do. The knowledge shouldn’t be lost, even if we choose not to use it.’ The entry included references to another text, something called ‘The Grimoire of Restoration.’ Descriptions of the magic itself, the rituals required, and most importantly… the name of a sorcerer who still practiced the old ways.

His Midnight Luna

His Midnight Luna

“I heard of this book as a kid. It's called the book of forbidden spells. Only to be used when one is in dire danger and needs urgent saving.” She stopped at a page and placed it before me. “That is it. Can you even read it?” The page before me seemed like gibberish, rubbish that I could read. When I shook my head at Magma, she sighed and then leaned forward. “Oops, you have to take that off. I forgot. There is no way you can do magic with it on you. That means you'll dispel energy and your scent. Are you willing to risk being found?* I didn't even need to think about it. That was exactly what I wanted.

Alpha's Regret After I Died

Alpha's Regret After I Died

Or to keep souls from returning to their bodies… My heart skipped. This was it. It had to be. I leaned in, reading faster, eyes scanning the next lines. Something about blood and sacrifice. This wasn’t the good kind of magic. It was the kind people buried and pretended didn’t exist. A knock on the door shattered my focus. I jumped slightly, slamming the book shut like I’d been caught stealing secrets. One of the maids poked her head in, cheerful and clueless. “Lady Cecilia, the dressmaker’s ready for your fitting.”

The author is definitely talented and the story is really interesting and intense. Definitely a page turner and unique plot. That being said, I just would like to not have to pay for full chapters where the internal monologue keeps repeating itself. It was frustrating and made me skip some chapters.

I starten reading yesterday i'm at chapter 16 now. But just like Presh_ shuga.7 says : i would also like it if it would updated often, and also not over streched. There are 4 books you're writting now that are still ongoing. I've seen ongoing books streched out 400-1200 chapters !!!

Ascend or Be Consumed

Ascend or Be Consumed

Basic Classes: Magical Philosophy — How to think like a powerful being. Forbidden History — Secrets no one else knows. Ritual Architecture — How to build magic spaces. Ethics & Corruption — What happens when you go too far. Bloodfire Combat & Binding — Duels, Contracts, loyalty, and power. The Art of Influence — Magic through words, emotions, or seduction. Each title stirred nostalgia in me. I felt like I knew them by heart. Beneath those, a smaller note had been scrawled in elegant script, likely Mistress Lune’s:

The Last Amato Sacrifice

The Last Amato Sacrifice

Might as well read through what Marcus brought her and try to distract herself. As she sorted through the books and made a list of what she wanted to read first, she found a small leather book with no title or decoration. She opened it, and discovered the pages were handwritten. There was no title, no author listed. The handwriting was very neat, but it was a calligraphy style she wasn't entirely familiar with. She was able to read the first few words, but it took some time to decipher. The opening lines read, "What follows is a close examination of the properties of Blood Magic and how to perform such works. This instruction is most important for the Children of Lilith, and it can only be u
