She thinks for another moment before replying, “Fine. Five thousand it is.” Wait. I didn’t think she would actually agree. I was just messing with her. But before I can tell her this, she moves really close, puts her arms around my neck, and kisses me on the cheek. I’m so stunned by everything that’s happening that I freeze in place, unable to move or think properly. Rainbow girl pulls back and whispers close to my mouth, “Is he gone?” I blink slowly, looking over her shoulder. I don’t see her boyfriend anywhere near us.

For the time our lips were locked together in that rush of rain, the world itself ceased to exist, blurred and indistinct as an impressionist masterpiece. There is something so heavenly about a kiss in the rain, a tender moment that just won't wait. It is that burst of love that is expressed, not caring if the water soaks through to chill the skin. It is a connection that shows the strength of the feeling, the mutual need. It is a rebellion against the elements. Nature can bring the rain but our inner sunshine comes through just the same.

Right before they touched, he breathed, “I love you.” And then he kissed me. I kissed him back, the sound of the waterfall drowning out everything but him.

“What’s her number? “Rain says, and I pull out my phone, finding Kisses’ number. He quickly plugs it in and changes the contact name to ‘Sweet cheeks’ and thanks me. Damn, I wish that would happen to me. ~Kisses P.O.V~ That was kind of weird. My phone bings a couple times, scaring me. Daniel: Hey Kiss. I was just wondering how you are. Porsha misses you.  Kisses: Hey Dan. I’m doing alright. Aww, I miss her too. Maybe if it’s okay with you, I’ll stop by after school? Daniel: Yeah, please do! Unknown: Hey sweet cheeks Kisses: How’d you get my number? Rain: Your friend gave it to me. Soooo Kisses: Of course she did. Soooo? Rain: Coffee tomorrow at Starbucks. 5. I’ll meet you there ;)

My phone bing’s a couple times scaring me. Daniel: Hey Kiss. I was just wondering how you are. Porsha misses you Kisses: Hey Dan. I’m doing alright, aww I miss her too. His eyes widened in surprise as I crashed my lips onto his, pouring all my anger, confusion, and desire into the kiss. The kiss was intense and passionate, filled with a raw, unspoken emotion that neither of us could deny. His arms wrapped around me instinctively, pulling me closer as the rain continued to beat down on us. Our mouths moved hungrily against each other, tongues tangling in a desperate dance. Edward's grip tightened on me, his hands roaming over my soaked clothes, igniting a fire within me. I felt his desperation, his need, mirrored by my own. My fingers tangled in his wet hair, pulling him even closer, deepening the kiss.

I mumbled. “What's a kissing spell?” he sounded curious. “Oh, that?” I laughed faintly, “Just a family curse… In short, I kissed you. Now, if you don't kiss me back before my 30th birthday, I will die… or I can give up on my magic…” I chuckled and looked at him. He became serious. He moved closer to me. “Is that all? All I have to do is kiss you?” he slowly leaned over me. “N-no…” I gulped seeing his face inches away from mine, “You… would have to feel something towards me… The kiss should carry equally intense emotions… as the ones I felt when I gave you mine…”

I could also bribe him with interesting human things if he refused to let me meet his pet freely. So, I went to the place again. This time, I will look for that man and make him understand how vital her pet is for my overall survival. I clutched onto my jacket as I went to the base of the shoreline. The waves were full of energy again, wildly thrashing on the rocks as the winds accompanied by them were spine-chilling as ever. Embracing my body, I inhaled a deep, icy breath then I screamed. "Hey! Siren man! Are you there?! I need to speak to you!"

It was the most tender kiss they shared. “I love you Maya Asher.”

I instruct, and she complies, facing me. I dip my fingers in paint once more, this time mixing red and blue to create a rich purple. After fixing my intense gaze on her, with a slow, deliberate movement, I trace a heart shape on her chest, symbolising our love. She gasps at the sensation of the paint-covered fingers on her sensitive skin. “Now, kiss me.” I order, and she leans in, her lips meeting mine. We share a deep, passionate kiss, our tongues dancing in harmony. The paint smears and blends as our bodies press together.
