Reborn Luna

Reborn Luna

The female claws rake across Tirianna’s flank, drawing blood. Hope gasps. My nails bite into my palms hard enough to draw my own blood. Tirianna recovers fast. She pivots, snapping her jaws around the female’s foreleg and twisting sharply. A crack echoes. The female yelps and stumbles back. The male barrels into Tirianna’s side, knocking her down. Hope steps forward instinctively. Rhys blocks her with his arm. “Not yet.” “I can’t just stand here!” she cries. “You can,” Riven says firmly. “Because this only works if Elira believes we’re desperate.”

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Rise of the Darkness

Rise of the Darkness

It was more gruffy and heavy than Calla's voice. The leader of the Riders turned to look at Calla. Her eyes were glowing in violet color, like two stars. She roared loudly at him. She puts her palm on the blade of the sword and slides it upwards. The sword's blade became red with her blood. She swung the sword and before the leader could understand what was happening, she decapitated his head. The head of the leader fell on the ground. Calla put her foot on his head and roared loudly again.

Triple Temptation

Triple Temptation

"Rise, Queen of Ruin. Our work begins tonight." Rhea stood, but she didn't feel like a Queen. She felt like a storm that had been trapped in a bottle. She looked back at Silas, wondering if he would ever forgive her, or if he would be the first thing she destroyed once she had the power to do so. POV: Ash Ryder Ash stood on the balcony of the Mooncrest Estate, staring at the northern horizon. The black eclipse was still hanging in the sky, a permanent scar on the world. The wind carried the scent of ozone and raven feathers.

Crimson Moon

Crimson Moon

I was looking at a new person, and she was looking at me through new eyes. She wrapped her arms around her knees as she crouched beside me. We were both leaning against her bed frame. I kept my eyes on the purple rug, it covered most of the floor of the room. I felt her gaze on me. There was a strangeness to the silence, one we both didn't want to break. She knew what I was, she knew I was dangerous. The sun was rising now. The part of town was mostly always cloudy. It only made sense that this was the perfect place for the higher court to set up one of their headquarters.

Luna Rising

Luna Rising

My guards surrounded me, Tristan and Blake in front, Lucian behind me, as we backed toward the house. Then I saw it. It was just a fleeting glimpse at first, but the vibrant red shirt reappeared, a stark contrast against the green, as the pup faltered close to the edge of the trees. He was stumbling around the trees, trying to hide even as a wave of rogues poured out of the forest a few yards away. “Tristan, Blake—there! We have to save him!” Before they could stop me, I took off towards the pup. Their shouts carried on the wind, but it was already too late—I was so much faster than they were. I heard them engaging with the rogues as I entered the forest, looking around for that red shirt.

All in all, I liked the overall concept of the novel. Love, hatred, revenge, etc all emotions displayed by each character was totally good. There were some loopholes here and there in story such as the Ring pendant being with samrat was later being with Erica. But overall good work by the author👍

This is so dark and twisted. Just, WOW! I'm only 78% through but I'm definitely reading your other stories when I'm done with this one. This has me feeling all the bad feelings. FL is an amazing character. There's some editing that can be done, fix a few words, but it's still a great story. Bravo!

The Hunter Alpha And The Pregnant Boy

The Hunter Alpha And The Pregnant Boy

Cazriel's POV I slammed the heavy wooden door shut with a thunderous crash, the lock snapping into place like a cage door. The echo hadn’t even faded before Riven’s body betrayed him completely. The ugly fight with my mother, the thick waves of fear rolling off him — it was the final breaking point. His heat, already vicious, detonated into something feral and unstoppable because he was trapped with the Alpha who had fucked that pup into his belly.

Alright, I've been through those Goodreads reviews more times than I've actually read the books, which is saying something. Everyone raves about the twist at the end of the first book, obviously. It's the big one, the elevator pitch for the whole series. But I see a weird split in the community about it. Half the readers talk about how it totally reframed their understanding of Darrow and the Society, how it was this masterful pivot from a straightforward underdog story into something way more complex and brutal.

Then there's the other camp, the ones who whisper in the comments or write those one-star rants. They call it contrived, or say it relies too much on a single character's sudden, almost out-of-nowhere betrayal that feels engineered just for shock. They argue the setup wasn't quite there, that Pierce Brown sacrificed a bit of logical character consistency for that 'oh damn' moment. I'm somewhere in the middle—I gasped, but later wondered if Sevro would have really bought the act so completely. The later books have twists that feel more earned to me, like the whole mess on the ice in 'Morning Star'. That one hurt, but it made sense in hindsight, which is the best kind.
