We need someone to suck the virus out of her.” Without thinking twice about it I blurted out, “Then let me do it.” I moved closer to the bed and sat down, “How do I begin?” “Darius!” Annabeth screamed in horror. “What do you think you are doing?” At that moment the door opened and the commander stepped in. he was followed by Christopher who stood behind him awaiting orders. “You are a leader. More than ten territories depend on you for their survival! You are the only one who can single-handedly fight off the feral wolves. I can’t have you risking your life like this! Please!”

With a heavy thud, he collapsed onto the ground, his body unable to carry him any further. Immediately, fellow warriors rushed to Captain Rodgers' aid, their concern evident on their faces. Alpha Xavier, too, hurried to his fallen comrade, his expression a mix of worry and admiration. He knelt beside Captain Rodgers, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "You have shown immense courage and determination, Captain," Alpha Xavier praised, his voice filled with respect. "Rest now, for your strength and resilience have inspired us all."

I asked curiously. "He's Captain Barbossa, Jackson is Will Turner and Blake is Jack Sparrow. They had a marathon of all the Pirates of the Caribbean films a couple of nights ago and so they all dressed as their favourite character," Jamie said. Now I really did want to see the three of them because I would pay good money to see all three of them dressed as those for fun.

“Uhm, Rogers. You have nothing to worry about. I'm sure it'll never come to that.” While we were having the conversation, someone suddenly knocked on his office door. “Yes, come in,” Rogers replied. Immediately, the door flew open, and a man showed up. “I'm sorry to interrupt you, Alpha, but there is someone here for…your visitor.” “My visitor?” Rogers replied, taking his gaze over to me in surprise. I equally looked at him with the same surprise. Who could that be, I wonder. “Who is this visitor, if I may ask?” “He's… Alpha Cannon.”

As he screams out, I drive the dagger into his chest and he falls to the ground. In general, rogues are weaker than wolves that belong to a pack. They don't have the strength that comes from the unity of being in a pack. Wolves are social creatures, and their wolves weaken significantly without that bond to an Alpha. Many rogues are on their own for years before they join other rogues, so they weaken a great deal. However, just because these rogues are weaker, they have the upper hand right now. With just four more to go, I can feel my body becoming sluggish. All my energy sources have been depleted in the last five weeks and I'm just running on pure adrenaline at this point.

“I’m not exactly a sports person.” “You will be after tonight. The energy is addictive. Hawthorne versus Westfield is always brutal—especially because of the captains. Brad Walker versus Sebastian Hale. Pure rivalry.” I raised an eyebrow. “Sebastian Hale?” “Captain of Westfield. Tall, insanely talented, and actually a decent guy from what I’ve heard not the cocky asshole type like Brad and his crew. The stands go wild whenever he’s on the ice. Total heartthrob material.” She winked. “You’ll see why.”

With swift decisiveness, he proceeded to check out. As Roger emerged from the hotel, the atmosphere became charged with tension. Two imposing figures swiftly closed in on him, their muscular bodies a testament to their physical prowess. Their strong grips seized both of his shoulders. They expertly guided him towards a waiting van parked nearby. "Who are you? Where are you taking me?!" Roger shouted. "We're taking you to our boss! You owe him twenty million. He foresaw that you might try to run, which is why we've been watching you," one of the captors explained coolly.

Reed was the chief captain of The Rogues of the East. He was a strangely huge man with hair up to the length of his shoulder. His upper body was covered in tribal tattoos, they saw it since he was half-naked after transforming into his werewolf form. Solana was with him when they attacked the Shadows and saved Ember’s team. She was with other rogues and Ember saw that they seemed less hostile than they expected them to be. “Craig was shot, he needs help.” Ember told Solana, her voice was laced with worry. “He has four wounds from those poison-laced arrows.” Ember added.

He was tall around 6’2 and his brunette hair and hairstyle reminded me someone who unwontedly barged in my life. Maybe it’s him….. My curiosity got best out of me and I found myself walking to the man. I with hushed steps walked closer to him. The man was looking at the grave and was unaware of my approaching hushed footsteps. As I was 3 steps away from him he suddenly turned with speed of tornado and a cold metal touched my forehead. My eyes widened. It was him….James Russo….but my eyes didn’t widened on him seeing here but on what was in his hand that he was pointing on my forehead.
