After Jate and the students left a vip room, Andrew now left with a broken hand said was in trembling voice. "Who's that guy? Boss Rogers?" "He's somebody you could never afford to mess around!" As I walk around the great room, it's obvious that certain packs in particular are missing- the Rogue packs. Instead of having different alphas for every pack, they are all run by a king who calls himself "King of the Rogues." I can't help but roll my eyes, anybody who chooses to go by that name probably has a bigger ego than Caleb. Nobody knows what he looks like since few have ever lived after encountering him, his reputation violent and messy. He never shows up to these events despite receiving the invitations. Most alphas would prefer him as a business partner rather than an enemy.

"No… Rodger wouldn’t do that. He’s loyal to his brother; he wouldn’t risk anything." Maya gave me a long, pitying look. "He’s loyal only to his ambition now. He’s stirring up trouble, and Alpha Killian is about to snap. You’re the only one who can stop him. Alpha Ben speaks with a deadly softness, but shows no signs of anger, more like he’s bored with the situation and he finds Roger tedious. “Do you hear that my friends, they were never planning on giving us territory or keeping any of the promises made to us when we were invited to come here.” Roger is shouting out now at, I assume, rogue members witnessing the whole event. “Why did they bring us here then, to make us slaves and servants? What would you have me do? Bow down to the untrustworthy alphas or make an example out of their precious females. You decide, I will never take that choice away from you.”
