Jared lunges at the one trailing him, locking paws. From the trees, a rogue in human form stepped out and past the Alpha towards Celeste and Josh. Xavier tries to step to them only to be stopped by a rogue growling at his heel. He growls back, the sound reverberating around the snowy forest. No time to shift, Xavier grabs at one of the rogues, flinging it in the direction of another. They both tumble down, righting themself and lunging right back at Xavier. The third rogue had never left, instead going for Xavier's ankle and biting down with all it's strength. He lets out a groan, raising his elbow to smash back down on it's head. Dazed, it takes a step back yet the other two are right there

"Ah, yeah... definitely male." That was it. In one swift motion, I grabbed him by ths collar and slammed the rogue against the wall. The metal clanged under the impact, and his breath came out in a grunt. "Watch your mouth, rogue," I growled. "I don't have a mate, least of all, a male mate." He grinned, blood smearing his teeth. "Why? Ashamed?" It wouldn't do me well to lose control. Not here, and not now.

I had to forcefully tear my gaze away from Connor to face the redheaded man. “Nice to meet you,” he said, about to raise his hand,“Im-” He suddenly broke off and I noticed his nose twitching. He had finally caught my scent. “You're a-” “Rogue. Yes.” I clenched my jaw as I forced a small smile. The man looked lost for words. I couldn't see anything on his features apart from utter shock, proving that He seemed stunned at the sight of me. It wasn't a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what happened after.

She raised a claw to finish it off when another rogue jumped at her, knocking her off the wolf. Nora whimpered, falling to a side, leaving her ribs bruised and bleeding. Of course, rogues travelled in twos. The new rogue crouched beside the fallen rogue, sniffing it and checking if it was still alive. Nora saw her blood on a couple of fallen leaves and growled, charging at the newcomer. She gave it no breathing space as she took it down, swiping at its neck with renewed energy and anger. When it tried to howl for help, she ripped out its vocal cord and the rogue went still. Returning to the initial one, it was barely alive and struggling to get away.

They approach the northern border as a group of about fifty or so rouges walk through the tree line. Selene hopped off of Xander as he shifted back while Xavier stood in his Lycan form. “Why are you Rogues on our land!”, roared Xander. “We were just passing through”, said a red headed rogue, as his eyes landed lustfully on the girls.
