Roxy slid into the seat beside me, crossed her legs, and poured herself a whiskey. “June, this is Adrien. Adrien, June,” she said casually. “She’s my new friend.” I raised a brow. “Since when do you make friends?” “Since today,” she answered, lifting her glass. I glanced at June again. “Is she even old enough to drink?” Roxy shrugged. “Old enough to keep up.” Then she winked at a blonde across the room. The girl got up immediately and moved toward us. Roxy leaned close to June, brushing her lips against her ear.

So careful. "Tell me what happened," I say, my concern genuine. I need information on whether I am going to fix this. "Take a deep breath. Start at the beginning." Roxy wipes her nose on the sleeve of her blouse, a childish gesture that would normally make me wince. Now I barely notice. "The games," she manages. "Miles and I were walking in together. He looked so handsome, and everyone was watching us. It was perfect." I nod encouragingly. "Go on."

Later on after we've had lunch, I text Scott. *Hey, meet me outside in five, Roxy is here* He replies back seconds later. *Cool, see yah* Before we leave I try to warn Roxy about calling him names but when we're outside and Scott appears, Roxy fails terribly at following my instructions. His hair is a dark brown shade, his eyes a gunmetal blue that's so commanding, he is a well built guy and I swear I spot Roxy staring at his abs which are popping on his tight white tshirt.

She has been having around a weird crowd, and I definitely don’t like her new girl friends, they are rude and think that they can comment on anyone’s appearance just because they are flawless. I see Leo ogling over one of them and I shake my head as Roxy and Richie arrive. I give them both a quick hug and I pull them onto the sitting area while the music starts blasting. Leo walks to the plastics and offers them drinks while they all drool all over him. Roxy finds it extremely funny while I don’t like a little bit. He is my best friend and I don’t want him getting hurt. But hey, he is probably using them as much as they are using him.

I heard Ted roar as they all moved in unison, facing the crowd of attackers with their teeth and claws out. A rogue attacked Ted, but he quickly grabbed and bit its neck with accuracy, before flinging it aside. Lexi did the same, as she brought down one of the rogues that was coming for her. Every clash was a wild fight for survival as our groups collided, with wolves' howling bodies tumbling, blood soaking the ground. “I can't believe this is going on, Lexi!” I said to her, boiling with anger as I saw the rogues storm our land. “Ben has gone too far.”

Cyrus replied. Gregory's fingers halted on the page. His tone was unreadable as he asked, "Where is she sleeping?" "She's sleeping with Mr. Xander." With a sharp snap, Gregory slammed the book shut. The bandage on the back of his hand was stained red again as the movement tugged at his wound. Cyrus, seeing Gregory's icy expression, felt a chill run down his spine. "Mr. Sinclair—" Before Cyrus could say another word, Gregory threw off the covers, got out of bed, and stormed out of the room. He headed straight for Xander's.

The neon sign outside “THE FULL MOON” bar flickered with a buzzing sound that usually meant a bulb was about to explode, but inside the air was a scent of cheap whiskey, expensive cigar smoke, and the musky pheromones of filthy restless werewolves. “My name is ROXY” I stood backstage, leaning against a peeling locker watching Jax, adjust his glittery thong in the mirror. Jax was my best friend. “Just a little here, and yup that’s it” He chuckled while dusting gold shimmers onto his pecs.

Tom Bradley was the Alpha of the Rogues, a pack made up of wolves that had been banished from their packs for various reasons. Some valid, but mostly because they were traitors, vicious and untrustworthy. Which made the pack volatile and unruly, and that chaos suited their leader, whose wolf was becoming more and more unhinged. “Don’t tell me you didn’t read everything.” I turned sharply to Leo. “I thought you read it.” “You distracted me with your bickering, remember?” he snapped. I almost lost it. “The rules can’t be bent for anyone,” Owen continued, his gaze trailing over Leo’s body. “Even past close pals.” Then he brushed past us, hips swaying. Damn. Whatever history they had, it was intense. “Alright, everyone, gather around,” Owen clapped, drawing attention. “Welcome to the APHROXIS Game Show. As he screams out, I drive the dagger into his chest and he falls to the ground. In general, rogues are weaker than wolves that belong to a pack. They don't have the strength that comes from the unity of being in a pack. Wolves are social creatures, and their wolves weaken significantly without that bond to an Alpha. Many rogues are on their own for years before they join other rogues, so they weaken a great deal. However, just because these rogues are weaker, they have the upper hand right now. With just four more to go, I can feel my body becoming sluggish. All my energy sources have been depleted in the last five weeks and I'm just running on pure adrenaline at this point.
