THE LUNA HE REJECTED!

THE LUNA HE REJECTED!

he said. Kaius wrote back to me? I thought and looked down at the letter in my hand. The paper was plain and it looked different from what we usually use. There was no seal on it, no royal mark, and nothing written on the outside. It looked like an ordinary piece of paper folded carefully in half. “That will be all,” I said to the guard as the guard bowed his head immediately. “Yes, my lady.” He turned and walked out from the door, as Paula closed the door quietly behind him.

Ashina-The Awakening of the Luna

Ashina-The Awakening of the Luna

“You underestimated me.” Just as the tension reached its peak, the heavy doors of the courtroom swung open. A hush fell over the room as two royal guards entered, their silver-plated armour gleaming under the dim torchlight. The emblem of the King’s decree rested in one of their hands. The lead guard stepped forward, unrolling the parchment with a crisp flick of his wrist.

I Marked The CEO Mine

I Marked The CEO Mine

The other guard followed them, carrying a flaming torch to light their path. The torchlight flickered on the stone walls. They were painted with hieroglyphics, and now and then Laylas eyes caught bits of prayers to Tait, the goddess of weaving, asking for help to keep the pharaohs soul in one piece during his journey to the afterlife. Every few steps they passed false doors--deep stone recesses in the walls. Some of them, Lawrence realized, had once been entryways leading to the final resting places of members of the royal family. They were now sealed off with stone and gravel so that no mortal could pass.

Alpha King's Caged Mate

Alpha King's Caged Mate

Westin replied and then he disappeared from the room. As I awaited a guard’s arrival, I reached into my desk and retrieved some paper: the stationary I reserved solely for important notices such as this. No one else in the palace owned paper with the design, so Cole would know straight away that it had come from my hand and no one else’s. I quickly wrote a note and sealed it with wax, pressing my signet ring into it before it cooled. I finished just in time for the guard to arrive. “Lord Beta,” the guard said politely with a bow. “How may I be of assistance?”

THE ALPHA KING'S CLAIM

THE ALPHA KING'S CLAIM

After nearing it, he squatted, pulled the safe out of the floor, and placed it on the table. “Since that night when your father ordered all historical texts to be burned, nobody has ever entered this special area except me, Your Majesty. I saved as many scrolls as I could without King Gideon’s knowledge. I know I would go to treason if he were to find out so I kept this a secret ever since.” He began pulling out rolled scrolls tied using a black ribbon and handed one to me. I took it and unrolled the parchment. My first thought after reading the damn content was: holy fuck.

Empress Wolfe
Easily one of my fave fantasy reads. The character development of the ML is just *chef's kiss* The plot, the setting, the characters... Everything about this story pulled me right in. I'm really looking forward to reading Lord Hale's and the triplets' story! Keep up the good work!

I originally read this one on a different reading app and absolutely LOVED it! By far, still one of my favorite stories. I re-read it on here. Not like all of the other same story line shifter stories.

Alpha Step Daddy : Four Mates, One heart

Alpha Step Daddy : Four Mates, One heart

There was a rectangular outline hidden beneath layers of stone polish, like something had been sealed inside and then deliberately disguised. The engineers worked carefully for almost ten minutes before the panel finally shifted. Inside was a compartment and inside that was a stack of documents wrapped in dark binding cloth. The moment I saw the seal on the top page, my stomach tightened. Royal council insignia. Older than anything else in the archive. Jax crouched beside me immediately. “Please tell me that’s not about to ruin our lives again.” “It already did,” I muttered. I broke the seal carefully and unfolded the first document.

Will You Still Love me the Same

Will You Still Love me the Same

Seeing she was not in the room he spoke almost in a whisper. "I forgot to give you this," the butler said, handing Ragnor the scroll. "One of the palace guards delivered it at the same time as the Princess came around," he added. Ragnor glanced at the bathroom door and took the scroll from the butler. He opened it and quickly went through the content. "Burn it," Ragnor ordered after reading the content. The butler lifted his head in surprise, "Master, this is a royal scroll from the palace of the Immortal City," he alerted him.

Kidnapped By The Ruthless Alpha Of North

Kidnapped By The Ruthless Alpha Of North

Noticing my curiosity, Adam took out a paper and I gasped at how beautiful it was. With a proud smile, he placed a wooden board in front of me and set the paper over it for me to analyze since I never saw it before. I listened carefully as he started explaining, "This is The Royal Parchment of the Kingdom of the North. Only the hands of the Monarch or the Royal Scribe can write over it." My eyes scanned the paper. It was made of some premium-quality material. It was creamy and soft to the touch. The color was beige and a very faint cown of the North was watermarked. The borders were designed of vines in gold ink which seemed to be embedded inside the paper.

__________________________________ The pack archives were older than the kingdom itself. Stone walls carved into the mountain held centuries of records. Ryan carried a torch as he descended the narrow stairway alone. Dust filled the air as he stepped inside the chamber. Hundreds of scrolls rested inside wooden shelves lining the walls. Every decree. Every war. Every royal order. Ryan searched until he found the section marked Royal Decrees. His torchlight flickered across the labels. Then he saw it. A sealed scroll dated twenty-five years earlier. The wax carried the crest of the king.

ROYAL BLOOD

ROYAL BLOOD

Her dark eyes were fixed ahead of her; a royal guard walked past, and she halted in her tracks when her eyes spotted something. "Stop…" she said without turning around, and the royal guard who had walked past her froze in his tracks. "What do you have there?" Leah questioned, finally turning; the guard also turned around, and Leah could finally have a good view of what was in his hand. It was a scroll, rolled up and sealed. "A letter for Princess Helena." The guards answered. "From whom…? Leah said, covering the small distance between them, she snatched the letter from the grip of the guard and peered at it.
