He paused deliberately, his eyes flickering ever so subtly in my direction. The room fell deathly silent. Everyone waited, holding their breath for the final pronouncement. "Murder." The word hit like a thunderclap, echoing in the shocked silence. Chaos erupted once more, the noise from the reporters deafening, while online, the live stream chat exploded with comments: "Sabrina is dead!?" "No way! How is this possible?!" "Murder? What is he saying? That Arianna and Charles killed her?" "OMG, this is wild!"

“You don’t have to tell us anything, you know that, right?” Sally nodded, looking sheepish. “I know, and it’s really not a big thing. Certainly nothing as earth changing as finding out shifters are real. Or that I’m mated to one.” Hunter could see the moment Sally’s mind derailed. Her eyes got huge and her face paled. All her little freckles popped out against the greyish tinge of her skin. “I don’t have to fuck you guys as animals, do I? I don’t think I could do that.”

I shook it off, convincing myself it was just a coincidence—names could be shared by many. We stepped out together, and the scene that greeted us left me in shock. There was Sally, fists flying, as she held her ground against the guards outside. One of them stumbled back as she threw a punch, another landing a kick that sent him reeling. Her expression was fierce, determination blazing in her eyes. “Sally!” I called out, rushing toward her, unable to hide the grin on my face.

And she wouldn't admit it, but Sally was Ryan's real Luna, even though, Kaytlyn gave her all to fight. Suddenly, an earth-shattering roar echoed here. Sally is being picked up and pulled away from the psychopath. “Crazy bitch, who is it now?” Kaytlyn scoffed. Sally was ready to give her another blow, and Sally didn't miss the little bit of fear dusting Kaytlyn's eyes. And she loved the feeling of seeing someone scared of her she missed that feeling. "What the hell happened?" Ryan's voice rang out around them. Sally couldn't say anything because she, herself, didn't know what the hell had happened between them. So she stood silently, her eyes blazing with anger.

Closing my eyes, I feel like my spirit is being pulled out and then pushed right back into something that I do not understand. “Stop it!” I hear Sally shout, and I’m startled by what I hear because she doesn’t sound happy or in control like usual. She says, frightened. She sounds hurt. Looking around me, I see Alpha Seth. I wonder why she was petrified by her faded mate. I saw Sally running out of wherever it was as she was, and once she was outside, she started to breathe heavily. Her mate seemed behind her because he spoke again, startling her.

Sally said to me, I also didn't want them to looka t her naked Body, she belonged to me and only I had the right to see her naked I gestured to Steve quickly when Sally wasn't looking, "Okay whatever, now get on top of him" Steve said pointing his gun to her head, with a deep sign, Sally sat on my laps, but just then when I was beginning to get excited, we heard gunshots before the door opened, Robert and a lot of police officers where standing at the door pointing their guns at us, Sally immediately got up and rushed into Robert's arms...

She fell silent and closed her eyes as Nova brought her face closer. “OMG !!!” yells Sally's shock while covering her eyes as she exits Liana's boarding house. She sees Nova and Liana kissing. Nova and Liana are shocked to hear the screams from Sally. “Hey, hey, hey. Are you guys crazy? Kissing here?!” shouted Sally. “Looks like I should buy you a whistle!” Sally gets grumpy and says she's going to buy a whistle, so she can signal before Nova and Liana do something for the good of them all.

But when I lean back to take that first delicious sip, something stops me dead in my tracks. Sally’s smiling face appears before my eyes, her expression warm and innocent. It’s as if she’s right there with me, though I know she is miles away. The sudden image of her face shocks me to my core, and I inadvertently release the woman from my grasp. “Wh-what are you?” she stammers, her eyes wide with terror as she takes in my bared fangs and the predatory glint in my gaze. It seems my shock from seeing Sally has snapped this woman out of her compulsion.

Sally, on the other hand, appeared pale and weak, her usual agility diminished. Once Sally and her mom, Stella, were seated downstairs, Jerry inquired with concern, "Hey, what's wrong?" Stella wiped away her tears and said, "I discovered a shocking secret today, and I'm still reeling. My daughter here..." She paused, glancing at Sally, before continuing, "You don't want to share it, do you?" Sally shook her head with a smile, and Stella nodded in understanding. Taking a deep breath, Sally began, "My name isn't actually Sally, but Sadie. I took my sister's identity." She proceeded to explain everything, leaving me utterly shocked.

Sharon leaned beside her ears and whispered, "I heard that you're pregnant, but I know the child in your womb doesn't belong to Howard." Sally's pupils suddenly widened before they shrunk. She felt as if the high wall within her had suddenly collapsed. It was as if somebody had suddenly found out the secret she had tried so hard to hide. A jolt of shock coursed through her, and she lost control of her emotions. Consequently, she pushed Sharon away. "Get lost!" She roared anxiously. Sharon was caught off guard after having been pushed away so forcefully by Sally. Her whole body was thrown backward, and she knocked the cake that was a few layers tall aside.
