CRIMSON SKY

CRIMSON SKY

I smiled, understanding his unspoken thoughts. “We should start with simple introductions, and I’ll go first.” I took a moment to gather my thoughts, taking a deep breath. “My name is Omotoke Ilori, you all know me as Toke. I am from Oyo state, but I live in Victoria Island, Lagos, with my father, stepmother and three siblings—my mother is no more.” “My sincere condolences,” Chike offered immediately.

Alpha Isaac

Alpha Isaac

I mirrored back the smile. However, when we entered and I saw the man sitting at the head of the long table, my anxiety rushed back. Caius Tenebris stood up when we stepped in. His tall and broad stature was almost similar to Isaac’s. “Long time, Marcus?” He smiled at the beta who gave a terse nod and then bowed. “Good to see you, Alpha Caius.” He walked towards us. Unlike Marcus who was wearing a grey suit, he wore a beige button-up and black slacks. His black hair was back-brushed neatly. I tried not to gape at this handsomeness and despite being mated, I couldn’t help but appreciate his aura.

For Sam

For Sam

Ugh, why the fuck am I so jealous? Mark grabs my arms and leads me out of the building. "Well, it was lovely meeting your friends. And look, even your friend Robbie has a new girlfriend. That's quite a relief to me if I am being honest with you, Sammy," Mark says as he puts some gum into his mouth and starts chomping. Mark is the only person who calls me Sammy. It sets him apart from my friend group, along with his British accent. Both drive me crazy, and both are powerful.

Alpha Desmond

Alpha Desmond

“Vi actually said that everything was going to change and she was right. That weathering the storm meant that we couldn’t let your failed marriage dictate our happiness and our future. You keep lying to Nat and I and if you actually believe that bull then your lying to yourselves.” “Liam we know this is hard but…” “No. You want to add a ‘but’ when there is none. You guys can work out your stupid relationship together but I will be at school and will have no part in it.” He stood up, leaning over the table. He stared down, not really looking at anything. “You will always be my dad.” He looked at his dad and his words made Desmond eyes go wide. “I will always be proud of you as my dad. Now tho

Love the story It isn’t an all sunshines and daisies book It’s much more real The characters feel real with emotions all over the place and conflict that is more realistic I recommend it and I will finish it and read more from the author however I think the book is going to cost almost $50
Christina
Such an incredible story! To write with such intricacy with each of characters and then throw in such powerful and complex relationships, the story definitely took a life of its own. Be prepared for tissues, being angry and yelling at some of the characters and even laughing.

At Arm's length

At Arm's length

This man just carried all this beauty. His smooth caramel skin was glowing, no blemishes could be seen, his sharp nose bridged a symmetrical face, completed by lush lips and a well defined square chin. I recognised him immediately, David Okorie, first son of one of the most richest mogul in Nigeria, Chris Okorie. Money changes people a lot.

This book was a page turner from start to finish, I couldn't put it down once I started. Full of humour and wit, and some of the most ridiculously funny characters I have ever had the pleasure of reading about. This book is worth five stars and more. Kudos to the writer?
Illustrious Joy
An inciting read with spurs of savory romance, humour and subtle wit. I so much love the bond between Adesewa and Kenechukwu. The writer's pen keeps brewing scintillating scenes about them that it leaves me with an insatiable urge for more chapters. Big ups to you dearie❤
