Damion screamed as thousands of tiny ice shards slammed into him. The sound deafening my ears as I fought to keep my face blank instead of recoiling. The stone marble was like a mirror, reflecting my cold features perfectly. Why haven't I done this before? “You little slut!” Damion hissed breaking free and lunging for my neck. Justin intervened tackling him to the polished black marble. Punches were thrown. Soon Justin had pinned Damion easily. “She has you all wrapped around her frosty little fingers.”

It was certainly an extraordinary journey, showing different stories, but at the same time touching the same topic - can two such opposing poles as Light and Darkness connect at some point? I'll leave it to your own choice, but one thing is for sure - as Miyuki said in Book 4, wanting to stop the battle between vampires and wizards - Light and Darkness certainly couldn't exist without each other. If there was only Light but no Darkness, what would be its meaning? Likewise, if there was only Darkness in the world, wouldn't its existence be pointless without trying to "devour" the Light?

He didn’t reply right away but enclosed me in his arms. “Can we now start all over again?” he asked, smiling through his tears. I nodded and smiled.
