Sarah got into the car and couldn’t help but reminisce about the past. Leon Hartwell had moved near her home during junior high school, and they became neighbors. Their eyes darted between Sarah and the Shadow King standing by the door. No one moved. They could feel the power radiating off me—a heat that made their own wolves want to curl up and hide.

“She can stay here and there won’t be any issues.” “Here?” Kane asked, looking around. “Are you sure?” “Yes, unlike her and Bernard I’m not a monster that keeps my victims in an underground cell to rot.” Margo said, surprising them with the cold look in her eyes. “Okay.” Kane said, literally dropping on the ground as if she were trash. Magdalena blinked a few times when her blindfold was removed. She found herself looking at two of the members of the Devil’s Knights MC and three women. One of whom she recognized which had her narrowing her eyes suspiciously.
