She grinned wickedly. "Let's make him very furious."

"Make sure he stays that way." Lucian’s jaw tightens. A slow, lethal grin spreads across his face—a predator recognizing its own kind. "With pleasure," he whispers.

I chuckled silently, supressing my grin. “You don’t say...”

He gritted his teeth as if he was pained but in reality it was just his ego. He finally let go of her and continued to speak. “What's going to happen now? Are you going to run off to zephyr so that you guys can continue your wretched love story?” His brows lifted, his mouth twisting into a lopsided grin that didn’t quite reach his eyes. There was a sharpness to it, like every line of his face was sculpted to offend. When he tilted his head slightly, it was with the air of someone barely containing a laugh.

"I'm sorry, Sir." His face took on a sadistic grin. "Not as sorry as your going to be."

“You don’t?” “That’s not what I meant. I mean I’ve never seen you smile, except for those wicked grins of course” My forehead furrowed as I faked anger and disappointment. “Wicked grin? What does that even mean?” “Like this” She adjusted in her seat to enable me see her better. Then she did what was supposed to be the ‘wicked grin’ I always do. “Wow. I must have been a villain in my past life” “Past life? You are still a villain, Mr. Arrogant”

He smirks like a school on show-your-favorite-toy-day, and I groan. “OK, you win.”

Be that as it may, I don't harp on both of those highlights long. That one grin immediately updates my psyche. Subliminally at seeing that grin I step back, further into the puddle. He looks so natural, as though I have known him for quite a long time. Perhaps for eternity. I wriggle with frustration as I notice the entertainment that is predominant at the sides of his extensive grin. He is chuckling at me. This much I can tell. It appears to be abnormal because as the laughs are getting away from his mouth, I don't hear the magnificent sound. What a lovely sound it should be, I muse, a delightful snicker to match a wonderful man.

Cray bragged. “Sure, sure,” Genad said as he rolled his eyes, a tiny smile appearing on his face. “Are you being sarcastic now? And stop with the smiles, your fans over there are dying,” Cray said as he pointed toward the group of people passing out from the impact of his smile. “Hahaha.”
