I got flustered and was rendered speechless when Caleb, without a word, held my face, disabling me to move. “I'm a tad curious...” He uttered in a whisper and looked into my eyes. I couldn't move and say anything while staring into his hypnotizing eyes. “Would you jump from a cliff, if I tell you so?” He asked the question like hypnosis and once again, I saw the blue specks of his eyes glow and changed into a darker shade between red and black. I shook my head to clear my vision, in case I was imagining again, and maybe I was right since his eyes were back to a normal blue again.

He looked at me, and for the first time since the fight ended, a shadow of something like genuine dread flickered across his face—not the fear of losing me, but fear of something far older and far darker. "The scent of a curse," he whispered. "The same stench that clings to the air whenever The Shackled appears." In the distance, piercing through the freezing mountain wind, a long, drawn-out howl echoed from the south—it was Raven’s voice, but it was layered with something deeper, something sickeningly inhuman, as if two voices had merged into one horrific shriek that tore right through both of us.

Jamal asked shakily. "Sit down back and stay silent till he finishes" Abu ordered. Jamal slowly sank back into his seat while Forbes continued. "He was cursed by Naja a winter witch because of his mother and my wrongdoings to the witch, he was cursed to be emotionless" Forbes paused, trying not to break down before the council. "We searched endlessly for a cure but could not find one until now, unfortunately the cure happened to be A Sheba, the witch's daughter"

His grip trembled, not from weakness, but restraint. The only thought echoing in my mind: the curse… it’s happening. “No… no… not her,” he growled, his voice split, two tones clashing inside one throat. One broken, the other monstrous. He was trying to pull his hand away, struggling against himself… but instead, his grip tightened. “Zubat, please!!!” He pleaded, sounding really desperate. “Leave now! Leave! Leave! Leave!” he kept screaming, over and over, as his body began to burn from within. His face contorted, hair sprouting from his skin, muscles twisting, bones shifting beneath the surface, turning him into something feral… something ugly and scary.

I slapped him again, harder this time, and tossed my phone at him without a shred of politeness. "You still have the nerve to ask?" James caught the phone with fumbling hands, his expression shifting from indignation to unease as he noticed the look on my face. He glanced at the phone screen, and I smirked, my voice dripping with mockery. "You're living quite the carefree life, aren't you, James?" "Babe! Listen to me! Let me explain! I have no idea where these photos came from!" James panicked. I crossed my arms, tilting my head slightly. "You don't know? Those photos are trending everywhere now. The company's stock is plummeting. So, tell me, James, what are you going to do about it?"

My beloved human was lost in the blink of an eye, because of this mad woman Dajjal and cursed cousins. PLAKK! This girl slapped me and cried. She ran and threw the ultrasound images at me. Argh ... I threw the photo. And chase, this crazy chick. Why, women always bother me? Knowing how complicated life is, I'd better life alone. "Bitch! Bitch! Bitch! Argh ..." I cursed while chasing with vast strides. I pulled it off, this damn girl's hair! "Hey. Wait! Just stop bitch! Why are you acting so disgusting?"

He hesitates to answer. “Cursed.” He mumbles, I heard him, but I wanted to make sure it was really clear, “What?” “There’s a group referred to as The Enchanted. They are unnatural creatures that don’t really fit in anywhere. The subgroup for me is Cursed.” He seems upset by it, maybe that’s why he tries so hard to help people. If I was known as a Cursed person I’d want to do whatever I could to prove people wrong. I feel like I understand Corvu a little better.

Dalia inquires. “Not sure.” Tessa drops her gaze to the grass. She's lying, protecting Jay maybe. “Has anyone in the pack ever seen a cursed one before?” My head turns to Dalia, triggering lines on her forehead. “No. We have only heard rumors. I don't think Lozark Aylestone himself has seen one. Years ago, a man saw it but he died. The rumor quickly spread that cursed ones are dangerous, a bad omen to the pack.” “That means…Sheena tamed a cursed one and presented him as a beast. She's fooling all of us, even Lozark.”

Shock coursed through his features, which immediately turned blank. I glanced over my shoulder and locked gazes with a frog-woman. The skin on her face was an avocado green and covered in the kind of raised lumps only found on frogs. They weren’t warts, however, but glistening pustules that looked ready to burst. My lips tightened, and I sent Griff a silent plea not to mention the curse. “You look exactly the same,” she said through panting breaths. There were no whites in her eyes—just blood red orbs with vertical slits and a pattern of black striations.

he asked, his voice laced with concern. Jessica remained silent, unable to speak through her sobs. Marcus reached out and took her hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Please, trust me. You can tell me anything," he said, his voice soothing. After a few minutes, Jessica took a deep breath and looked up at Marcus. "I'm cursed," she whispered. Marcus's mouth fell open in shock. "Cursed? What do you mean?" he asked. Jessica took another deep breath before continuing. "I have this curse that makes me unable to control my sexual urges. Whenever I feel horny, I lose control, and I can't stop myself," she explained, her voice trembling.
