Fated to the Alpha

Fated to the Alpha

I don’t try touching it again. Closing the box, I approach the shelves. I take out the book closest to me. Brushing off the dust, I realize it’s a strategy book, written in delicate penmanship. The paper is fragile, but the tome is bound with great care. The other side of the shelf seems to have hard-bound journals. It’s like an entire couple’s life secured in one small room. I hear a scraping sound, and I turn my head to see Robert picking up a stack of small portraits from one of the iron boxes in the corner.

Fated to The Northlord

Fated to The Northlord

This was the most content I've been in my entire life. "Twin gifts" I whispered to the books as I walked threw to the back and found more tables and behind them were more vertical rows of book cases under the balcony. After the first set of shelves it was pitch black and I wondered what was hiding back there. I walked over to them and seen all the books were dark green and made out of a soft scale material I ran my fingers over them and felt each bump. Just as my curiosity was bout to walk me into the darkness a large red book came dancing into my vision startling me, I took a few steps back letting it pass me. I watched as it was floating slowly slightly bouncing in the air.

Revenge Heart In Love

Revenge Heart In Love

They didn't understand what the big deal was about the book. "This doesn't make any sense." Sidney said as she rested her back against the couch and sighed. "Look!" Valerie called Sidney, tapping her on her knee to come see what she had just noticed. Sidney bent forward again and started at the place her friend was pointing to. Below the page, a small fine and beautiful handwritten script was there, and it read: This book is incomplete without the other." "What does that mean?" Sidney asked with a small frown. Valerie shrugged and said. "I think it means that the book has a twin copy or a second version of some sort." She pushed the bible aside on the table and stood up. She walked to her wi

Billionaire Son-In-law

Billionaire Son-In-law

There was a book. Zipping up his pants, he walked over to the bedside table, his face reflecting shock and curiosity. The book appeared ancient, judging by its cover and intricate design. What puzzled him most was that it hadn't been there just minutes ago. How had it materialized? With a sense of intrigue, Liam reached for the book, carefully cradling it in his arms. 'This is odd.' he thought to himself as he glanced at the book.

A Racing Heart

A Racing Heart

There were four shelves filled with books, two shelves at either side of the room with a reading space in the middle. There were two tables, each one had four chairs. A curtain blocked the sunlight from entering the room from the windows. I looked at the shelves eagerly, wondering the books I'll find. I love reading and reading e-books on my phone but nothing could beat paperbacks. I fought the urge to take a book and continued my exploration. The other rooms I found were just bedrooms. I looked at Byron's side and saw a room right by his own. I turned the knob and realized it was locked. I didn't pry and went to the last room.

BRIDE OF THE BEAST LYCAN KING

BRIDE OF THE BEAST LYCAN KING

There were sections for each genre of books, history, fiction, lifestyle and the likes. “Wow.” Was all I could say. After rummaging the shelves, my eyes caught a book with a weird cover. The cover was filled with drawings of different creatures I had never seen. “Tch, how do I get that book?” I muttered. It was positioned at an upper part of the shelf that I couldn't reach even if I was twice as tall. “Do you need any help, milady?” I heard a tiny voice say. I looked from Samantha to Eloise, but it didn't seem like they were the ones who spoke. They were flipping through some books.

Twisted Fates

Twisted Fates

He clicked on it, and the whole room booted back to life. Rows of books looked back at Sam. He sighed as he stared at the bookshelves. There was only one way to do this so that he won’t spend the whole day in here. He had to look under the tag, ‘absurd monsters’, and grab all the books on the trees. It would only make sense like that. He walked over to the other side labeled, ‘supernatural;’ and grabbed the books he saw. This whole place was starting to look like a maze.

My Boyfriend's Cousin

My Boyfriend's Cousin

Rising from the chair, I try to find something else. His bookshelf is enough to cover half the wall, and there are so many books that I know, mostly themed on philosophy, biography, and also philosophy. I don't know where to look, but something caught my eye. One rectangular section of shelf, seemed to be separate from the others, and if I hadn't been observant, I wouldn't have known. Touching between the bookshelves, I try to do something. And, Surprise, surprise. The shelf flipped upside down, my eyes widening, as it moved sideways and revealed the darkness of the other room inside.

I don't want you Alpha!

I don't want you Alpha!

Why? I slumped into one of the room’s plush chairs, the weight of the moment pressing down on me. “I guess I don’t know him as well as I thought,” I murmured. My gaze wandered, landing on the rows of books lining the walls. A small laugh escaped me as I got up and approached the shelves. “Books, books, and more books. Seriously, Kael? Is this what you do all day? How boring.” I ran my fingers over the spines, half expecting to find something mundane, maybe a dusty old guide on ancient battle strategies. Instead, something caught my eye. A small, leather-bound book wedged between two larger volumes.

The Pinnacle of Life

The Pinnacle of Life

There were also immortal books made of multi-colored ancient jades, golden books covered with dazzling, lustrous golden lights, and even strange books enveloped by lightning. Alex was dumbfounded just by looking at them. He looked at the crowd around him and realized that no one looked in that direction. Even if he reminded them by making vague references, they failed to sense anything. Pigsy even came over and passed through the bookshelf, yet it found nothing. Sensing no anomaly, it was as if the bookshelves containing the bizarre books were utterly nonexistent. “Do you find this table a little odd?” Alex deliberately said after he walked to the table and knocked it.

I would love to have a no ending novel. But what we can expect. There will always be an ending. I think there will be a new story that will open on the last chapter whereas turn out to be Alex knows what will happen on his future. I wish the author continue like that… Thanks for this. Worth it…!!!!
karthikeya bhogi
i thought he'd be successful going and dominating the chi universe after obtaining the fiend lord's memories and start story with Zendaya... it would have been better if the diffracted universe had not been destroyed and he finally gets to live a peaceful life after all these........ But I loved it.
