Her Silent Heart

Her Silent Heart

He spent our entire youth helping me reduce my fear of thunder, but now, every bit of that fear had returned in waves. This time, the fear was even worse, because I knew my heart had become too fragile to take it. However, while fear made people timid, I wanted to be braver and stronger. I looked outside the window, where the rain and thunder had long since passed, just like my need to rely on him. "Get out, Scott. I don't need your crocodile tears." He didn't move. "Didn't you hear me? Get out."

THE SILENT LUNA

THE SILENT LUNA

She had researched the rejection ritual eighteen months ago, reading the pack law texts she wasn't supposed to have access to, in the library, at two in the morning, while everyone slept. She had memorized the exact moment the words became binding. She knew precisely when she needed to move. He looked at her one last time. Something passed through those grey eyes. Not regret. Not cruelty. Just finality. The absolute certainty of a man who had never once considered the possibility that the most dangerous thing in this clearing was standing quietly in white, waiting for him to make the last mistake. He drew breath. Opened his mouth. And Sera looked at him through him with three years of silenc

Feral Hearts: Pucked By The Alphas

Feral Hearts: Pucked By The Alphas

It felt like being watched by the walls themselves, like the room was alert and waiting for weakness. We sat in silence for a long time. Not the peaceful kind. Not the kind that let you rest. This silence was heavy with unspoken fears, with things none of us dared say because saying them would make them real. I could feel everyone through the bonds, Marco’s spiralling guilt, Matteo’s tightly leashed rage, Sienna’s terrifying calm, Santiago’s pain bleeding steadily into me like poison. He was fading. Not dying. Not yet. But dimming, like a fire starved of air. I couldn’t stop looking at him.

Blood bound: The legacy of the blood king

Blood bound: The legacy of the blood king

He was her connection to the unseen, her window into the hidden realms. The silence stretched, thick and heavy, broken only by the faint static of the phone line. Riana held her breath, her senses on high alert, waiting for Kai's response. The air around her seemed to crackle with unseen energy, a palpable tension that prickled her skin. She felt a cold shiver run down her spine, a premonition of the darkness that lay ahead.

Dear Ex-husband; You'll beg for me

It made my skin itch. Si‌las use‌d his energy in short bursts. This is such an interesting book, and the characters are really good. Jane is that one friend anybody should have, and then Elara who was called barren was finally going to be having her baby. It's a pity her husband had to cheat on her with her step sister. Overall the story is really good.

Honestly I love that she had a friend like Jane, I love her personality. I love how I could feel every emotion you tried to put into words and everything played like a movie in my thoughts. This is such a good read. Kudos dear author...️

The Darkside of the Moon

The Darkside of the Moon

"You belong to me now." Selena’s body locks in place, her limbs frozen as if ensnared by invisible tendrils. Her heart pounds in her chest, a rapid staccato that reverberates in her ears, drowning out the sounds of the city around her. Her eyes widen as she feels the darkness creeping toward her, seeping into her skin like the roots of some malevolent plant, winding through her veins, threatening to consume her from within.

THE BILLIONAIRE'S DANGEROUS GAME

THE BILLIONAIRE'S DANGEROUS GAME

Sienna clutches her heels tightly against her chest, her breathing shallow as she peers into the darkness of her office. Every instinct tells her to back away, to call for help, but a surge of stubbornness forces her feet to move forward. The silence is deafening, broken only by the faint creak of a chair and the soft shuffle of movement. Whoever it is, they haven’t tried to hide.

The Silent Scream

The Silent Scream

Cause we even sleep in one small bed back in the village with his shirtless all around but I found no sparks, maybe because I’m just trying to ignore him and convinced myself that It was just a part of me idolizing him as my best friend but the more it gets longer the heavier it gets for me to hold this feelings of mine towards this guy with the same name as mine. He ordered foods then we ate like a freaking mute for not uttering even a single word until we finished. And I tell you, it wasn’t that painful to hold yourself to not speak especially when you’re facing the man that you secretly like cause you tried to watch every words that comes out of your mouth and making sure that it is all g

The Wolf Who Forgot Me

The Wolf Who Forgot Me

"That was the part that scared me most. Not that you were being careful on purpose. That it had gotten so automatic you had stopped noticing." The fridge hummed. Outside the window a car went past slow and then the street was quiet again. Morning quiet. The kind that felt temporary, like the city was just gathering itself. "I had been afraid for twenty-four months," Sable said. Flat. Just the fact. "Not loudly. Quietly. The kind of scared that sits in the back of your chest and does not go away and you stop mentioning it because saying it out loud does not help and you need your hands free to keep showing up."

All That Glitters Is My StepDad.

All That Glitters Is My StepDad.

Cierra's POV Fear has a way of creeping in slowly before it finally takes over everything. At first, it sits quietly in your chest, pretending it is nothing. Then, without warning, it grows heavy, thick, and impossible to ignore. I felt it the moment I realized how silent the room had become. Roger was still beside me, close enough for me to feel his warmth, close enough for the memory of what we had just done to still hang in the air. A few minutes ago, everything had felt unreal and careless, like the world outside this room did not exist. Now, the walls felt thinner, the silence louder, and my thoughts sharper than they had been all night.
