Under Silk Sheets

Under Silk Sheets

He was genuinely impressed. “Thank you,” Wess answered, “We are to begin with, a gaming company with very little achievements. This technology we created is a hot cake in our hands and we don’t have the ability to test it to our full capacity. But what we know how to do is draw a crowd.” “The artist, KL, are people going to pay attention if she joined the project?” Henri asked and Michael glanced at him for a second. He knew that Henri could not hold himself back from asking about Kayla. He knew it was going to come up one way or another.

His Wingless Angel

His Wingless Angel

Beneath the surface of Aiyana’s fury, something darker had stirred. Not born of her. Not from the bloodline. But drawn by it. “I think waking her stirred more than just the chamber,” Amara said slowly. “Something answered.” Damascus frowned, “From where?” Jax muttered, “The better question is… from what?” None of them answered. A sharp cry pierced the air above them. Amara tilted her head up. A hawk—pure white, wings tipped in silver—circled high overhead, then dipped once and vanished into the trees. A sign. Or a warning.

Wings, Beasts and Claws

Wings, Beasts and Claws

Once again I nodded, clenching my teeth as both blondes sneered at me, their eyes raking over my appearance a few times before looking away in disgust. Those mocking and venomous stares made my stomach churn, fueling my already bottomless anger as a few maids walked into the room. One pair held up a beautiful gown of a unique violet and black color. It was obviously made of the finest silk with gems studded in the perfect places to catch the light with minor movement. The second pair of maids held up a nearly transparent nightgown with thin straps and a long slit in between where the legs would be. It was very low cut with half of the back exposed and still small enough to hug my body. It wa

Black Wings

Black Wings

Ravi slammed the door behind him and was startled to find Adrian floating by the window, his wings flapping, hands folded across his chest, wearing a smug expression. He knew all too well that this creature was the one responsible for the chaos Ravi had just experienced. Ravi quickly moved to the window, fists clenched in anger, a sharp gaze directed at him with disapproval. He opened the window with a loud creak. "You're the problem here."

Wingless and Beautiful

Wingless and Beautiful

Jerilee Kayedevil inside of me
It had a diamond in the center, surrounded by an intricate carving design that got me curious the first time I saw it. Hunter took my hand and slipped the ring on my finger. It was only then that I recovered from my shock. I finally made out the design of the ring. The two-carat diamond center was surrounded by smaller diamonds that make out the shape of wings—like angel wings. Then he showed me the matching ring. It had a thicker band. The pattern revealed a sword with a small round diamond on its hilt. “This ring is mine. A symbol of my promise to always protect you… take care of you… guard you,” he said in a solemn voice. He placed the ring on his finger and then he raised his eyes to loo

Beautiful love story, one of the most unique plots I’ve read so far with. Very touching & emotional but still realistic. Also it’s rare plotpoint that Hero & heroine are each other’s firsts. Technically well-written - no grammatical errors! Wish there were more Hero’s POV, but loved it anyway.

Wow, truly beautiful story. Started out fast and kept improving. Cried a lot in the beginning (had to pause until I calmed down). Also, laughed at times. The characters were very mature and I’m glad Hunter and Alice were able to overcome the trauma in their lives. Well written. Worth reading.

MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

resonance fighting to burn through the restraints. “I’m stuck, Silas!” she gasped, her eyes turning a dark, stormy violet as she channeled the “Shadow” integrated from the crypt. “The silk… It’s feeding on my power! Every time I flare, it gets tighter!” “Don’t flare! Melt!” I commanded. “The silk is water-based, Winnie! Use the telluric heat! Reach for the core, not the sun!”
