Millionaire's Hot Secretary

Millionaire's Hot Secretary

"I'm so tired and need to get some sleep." "Fine, she'll explain." Tristan folded his arms across his chest. "Thank you!" She sighed. "Mom, this is you, and this is Dad." She pointed at two weird drawings and I had to stop myself from laughing. There was no way that looked like Kade or Lila. "I know you want to laugh, you can do that. The drawing isn't so important, it's simply the meaning that's important." "It isn't important because she's terrible at drawing." Tristan added.

Begging the Divorced Heiresses Back

Begging the Divorced Heiresses Back

The Ecostanian-style palace decoration looked luxurious and grand. Flora opened the small bag on her back and took out a picture book. “Mommy look, this is the family portrait I draw. This is Mommy, this is Daddy, and this is Jason, this is Jerry, and this is me.” There were five cartoon-like characters in the drawing. Although the drawing look was crooked and very abstract, each character was grinning from ear to ear. When I saw it, I smiled until my eyes turned red, “Oh! Baby, you are so awesome. You draw it so well.”

Dear Author, you are mixing up the names so much in the first 20 chapters or so, maybe you should concentrate on one book at a time so you can keep track of your characters names?? Very frustrating and irritating!
Opal Joy Hamilton
All the books are the same stories with different names and titles, long and drawn out, women been abused and men with no backbone, why can't the couples fight for their love for each other, too much rape also, yuck

His Unwanted Heir

His Unwanted Heir

Now, she sat here in the mornings, drinking the coffee he made for her—the silent, pathetic peace offering he left on the counter every day, hoping she wouldn't throw it out. He looked at the refrigerator—at the blue circular magnet holding up the three drawings. He wanted his drawing up there so badly it made his chest ache, but he didn't know how to ask without sounding desperate. "What are we drawing, Eli?" "Animals," Eli said, his small hand moving with fierce concentration. "Mrs. Yusuf said to draw our favorites." "How many do we have?" "Three." Eli pointed a small finger. "That's a brachiosaurus. That's Patterson. That's Gerald."

His Rejected Mate, His Contract Wife

His Rejected Mate, His Contract Wife

"What does your new friend look like, Heidi?" Heidi proudly lifted her drawing. It was a crude, childish sketch of a very tall figure standing between two giant green trees. The figure was colored completely in dark gray and black crayons, but the most unsettling part was the face. Heidi had used a bright yellow crayon to draw two massive, perfectly round circles for the eyes.

Remembering Liam

Remembering Liam

I spat smiling with Justin. "Why not?" "You are bad guy, right Justin?" "Yes," we high-five giggling at our new form alliance. I was flipping our school magazine drawing a moustache and big teeth if I see someone I dislike. Liam and I decide to study after eating our food so I was going just that. Drawing is an art and I consider myself studying. I laugh at my creation seeing the big teeth in Sienna mouth. "Liam sees this," I say showing him the picture. Liam chuckles seeing the picture.

His Regret: Dear Ex-wife, I Surrender

His Regret: Dear Ex-wife, I Surrender

James unrolled the paper and looked at it, surprised at first, then burst out laughing, “Is this me? Did Molly draw me? She’s very good at drawing! Molly is such a talented girl! Ha-ha!” Seeing Mr. James laughing happily, everyone crowded around to see what it was. Completely ignoring Jasmine who was just showing off. On the paper was a drawing of an old man in a long robe, laughing with his face lifted, every wrinkle meticulously drawn. There were also two lines of neat words at the bottom. ~ Wishing Mr. James a happy birthday, always be laughing. Molly~ “Look at the picture Molly drew, doesn't it look like me? Molly is so talented in drawing!” James praised proudly.

Chasing His Stunning Luna

Chasing His Stunning Luna

When things got to this extent with Sergio then it's safe to assume that we would really be staying out the whole day just trying to get to one point. “Silas, get to the point.” I pleaded and he rolled his eyes, grabbing a little stick as he began to draw different points on it and I couldn't help but feel frustration surge directly into my bones. “Alright, alright. I will,” he nodded in satisfaction to himself when he looked at the rubbish he had just spent his precious time drawing and one thing I'm.absolutely sure of is the fact that if he heard me call him drawing rubbish, I would be up for an earful of bitterness.

A Queen Among Tides

A Queen Among Tides

I order and watch the boys run back towards the building as fast as they can. I watch with concern as the young boy they were picking on sniffs and works to pick up pieces of his sketchbook. I bend down and help him pick up the remaining pieces before they’re carried off by the wind. I look at one of the pieces of paper and can’t contain the awe on my face as I take in the amazing sketch before me. It’s this incredible real-life style drawing of a sirna with a vibrant red tail surrounded by all the elements. It takes me a second to recognise the likeness, but this is a sketch of the God Ezillus as a sirna! This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. “You drew this?” I ask in astonishment

Another amazing book! I feel as though each book is my favorite in this series and I love the representation. This particular author has an amazing way of challenging vernacular and using it to empower her characters. Her world building has you vested in the outcome of the story and characters.

Another excellent book! I couldn't put it down that I finished reading it in a day. anxiously waiting for book 6 to finish--not a fan of cliffhangers:) Or I may go back and re-read the series while I wait.

Falling For My Father's Best Friend

Falling For My Father's Best Friend

my father asked quietly. "God, I hope not." My voice cracked. "He's my baby, Dad. I don't know what to do." Lucian padded over, barefoot and grinning, holding up a sketchpad. "Look what I drew!" He flipped it around. A caricature - me with exaggerated sharp jaw and tattoos, my father beside me looking stern and regal, both of us sitting exactly like this by the pool. It was surprisingly good for a thirteen-year-old. "This is the trend now," Lucian announced proudly. "Caricatures. I made one for you guys."
