Carter asks making Johnny and I to laugh. “Oh she’s very hot, Sydney Sweeney.” Johnny says. “Like very very hot, Adriana Lima is hot too.” Johnny explains. “Ughh!” Steph exclaims. “Here’s a picture of Sydney Sweeney.” She adds passing her phone to Carter to see. Jenny didn’t give him the satisfaction of acknowledging his comment, but in her mind she was mentally strangling him with the headset cord.

I put my hands up, “Okay.” Johnny doesn’t know me very well. When someone tells me not to do something, it makes me want to do it even more. What does he not want me to find? TWENTY-TWO I was scared, to say the least. I had surely stood up for myself before but something told me not to even try at that moment as Jaxon's eyes glared at Johnny. I was more scared for Johnny's life than mine, he was a really good guy. Jaxon's eyes were dark and those red specks were sparkling in them but he would close his eyes and then they would disappear, only for the specks to appear again. He was fighting for control.

Johnny replied me firmly. "Who the hell are you?." I asked as different unlikely thoughts filled my mind. "You won't even believe me if I told you?." Johnny answered trying to maintain sudden calm. Well my instincts have observed that this fella doesn't exactly do well with patience. "Try me..." I said casually. There was a certain tension in the atmosphere as I awaited his answer. "My real name is Johnny Sterling, Charles Sterling's bastard son from his mistress Elaine Jackie Briggs." He finally stated, his voice was void of any emotion.

The rogue at that moment moved towards me and he got down on one knee in front of me and said, “My name is Johnny, Alpha Jaxson. Benny said that if I pledge my allegiance to you, that you may give my family and I a place in your pack like you did with him.” Looking around I made sure that we were alone and that this wasn’t a trick of Tommy D to get me to admit who I really was. But as I looked around, I realized that the others were nowhere in sight and that Benny had pulled through for me. Turning my attention back to Johnny, I say to him, “Get up before someone sees you.”
